Sending Warm Wishes

Hello there my crafty friends!  I thought I would show off another colour of the new Matt Chalk Polishes with today's card offering!  I started by taping the Delicate mask to a piece of coconut white card.  I used the Aqua Matt Chalk Polish through the mask.  I set it aside to dry well and used the polish to colour a piece of white card to match.  Once dry, I cut out the sentiment, square frame and matching flowers for the corners out of it.  I used the Double Stitched Square die set to cut a wider white frame.  The thinner aqua frame was added on top with mounting foam, then added to the dry mask coloured background.  Next I cut four of the Petite Peony Cluster out of white card.  I glued the flowers that were cut out of the polish card to the undersides of each of the dies, then added them to the four corners of the frame.  I cut the shadow for the Sending Warm Wishes out of white card, then added a black shadow to the words and glued them to the backing and added them to the centre of the frame.  The card was completed with white and aqua mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 3/4"  x  7 3/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x
