Peace And Hope

Good Sunday morning all!  Here's a card that you make very quick and easy and you can use up extra glitter that you may have leftover!  I started by cutting the Mosaic Ray Background in white.  I covered a piece of card with sticky adhesive sheet, then peeled the backing off and added the Mosaic Ray die cut to the top.  Next I used Holographic Glitterbitz to fill in the exposed adhesive.  I sprinkled about seven different colours around the circle section and tapped them all off onto a sheet of copy paper then added them to a small cup I keep in my craft room.  These glitters mix beautifully so it is far easier to just put them all together than to open the lids of all the individual colours.  I used my finger to burnish the glitter into the adhesive sheet, then wiped the top with a tissue to remove any stray pieces.  I used the Double Stitched Squares and made a multi-layered white frame, which I added with foam over the background.  I used the Peace die/stamp combo for the sentiment.  I glittered a small piece of card with the Midnight Marine glitter and cut the Peace out of it (it gives a much cleaner look doing it this way) .  I stamped the rest of the sentiment and used the tag die in the set to cut it out.  I added the sentiment across the circular part of the background and the tag was added with foam below it.  The card was completed with white and cobalt blue mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8" x  8" in size.  All for now.
