Good Sunday morning! I started this card by cutting the
Decorative Squares out of
Blue Dusk card. I used the aperture as a base for my background. Underneath the lip of the decorative edge, I added a black square. Next I turned the decorative square that was cut out in a diamond orientation and glued it underneath the aperture. I added another black die cut as a shadow, then added a white backing to it. I decided to add an outer frame too so I cut a larger white frame from the
Double Stitched Squares and added it with foam, leaving a bit of the blue dusk from the aperture. I cut the
Friends Circle and added it to the outer backing cut in white and added it with foam to the centre. I used the
Magnolia Corner die nipped apart to add floral elements to opposite corners as accents. The card was completed with white, blue dusk and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 3/4" x
7 3/4" in size. All for now. Sue x
