Hip Hip Hooray!

Good Sunday morning all!   I have a fun card to share today that was also a really quick one too!  I started with a piece of white card and cut the Dotty Streamers out of white card multiple times.  I glued them to the background so they filled it up and went off the edge of the card, then trimmed it even with the edge.  Next I went to my stash box and found three pieces of Caught in Crystal acetate technique that I had done previously in different colours.  One was done with orange and pink crystal tints, one in greens and one in blues and pinks.  Each piece had some holographic glitter added, that you can see in some of the close up pictures.  I die cut the Hip Hip Hooray sentiment out of each of them, then glued them randomly across the background.  I completed the card with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 " in size.  All for now. Hi Sue
Fun and sassy!
I have so many little ‘scraps’ of pixied and glittered card in a box as well as caught in crystal acetate. This is such a brilliant way to use them all up and the end result is wonderful x
Happy Sunday everyone

Happy wet Sunday from Lancashire Sue, but as always you've brightened a dark morning with a happy cheerful sample that would put a smile on anyone's face that's celebrating. Talking of which, well done CE on the biodegradable glitter, our world is in a vulnerable state and anything I can do to help makes me feel good so I shall be definitely investing as it looks just as fine and beautiful as the CE glitters I already use. Hope your day is more pleasent than we have here xxx

Hi Sue a really fabulous and fun card, would be great for those difficult teenagers, or inbetweeners. The colours of the Hip Hip Hooray die cuts just jump out (one of my favourite dies). Have a good day everyone.Bx

Hello Sue
Like so many others I always save my left over experiments with paper so thank you for the reminder to use them up. My eldest granddaughter is now a teenager and it is difficult to design cards for her. This is just perfect

What a beautifully simple card Sue. I'm not sure if I know this technique but I will be sure to look on your you tube channel. I dont have crystal tints at the moment but its something I will get in the future. I do like the ribbon die too.
