Good Sunday morning all! I was having a play with Pixie Powders and cling film for this card. I added Purple Violet, Rich Gold and Aubergine Pixie Powders to a piece of coconut white card. I spritzed it liberally with water then covered it with cling film and scrunched it create winkles in the cling film. I allowed it to dry like this then removed the cling film to reveal the pattern in the background. I used the Alice die to die cut it and kept the fall away pieces from it. I cut the die again out of coconut white card and attached it to a piece of white card with a sticky adhesive backing on it. I used the fall away pieces and paper pieced them back into the grid. I used the Zigzag Squares embossing folder and embossed a piece of coconut white card as a background. I attached the Alice die to it with foam. Next I cut the top layer of the Roselyn die in white. I used an extra bit of the pixie powdered background and cut the second layer of the Roselyn out of it. I glued the two pieces of the Roselyn die together and added a white backing to it. I added it with foam in a diamond orientation to the centre of the Alice die. I cut the centre of the Roselyn in white and layered it up then cut the Happy Birthday out of the pixie powder card. I added it to a white shadow then added it with foam to the centre. The card was completed with white on white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 6 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
