Thinking Of You At Christmas

Hi bloggers!  It's time for another Christmas card!  I started by cutting the Paula die out of Cherry card.  I cut the second layer out of white card and lined them up together, then added a black backing to it.  I cut the Hayley die twice out of white card.  I cut one of them in half and added the halves to the top and bottom of the background.  I added the shadow backing to the other Hayley die in white for a tonal look and attached it to the centre of the background with foam.  I cut the Thinking of you at Christmas sentiment in black and glued it in the centre. A single poinsettia cu from the Triple Layered Poinsettia was added in vellum with Evergreen branches cut in white as an accents.  The entire piece was added to a larger white backing that had Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz added to the edge. The card was completed with white, cherry and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/2"  x  7 1/2" in size.  All for now. Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a beautiful Christmas sample today, I have a funny feeling that I have not got that die, will have to check. I love the way you have done the square pattern background, very nice.

Morning Sue. Paula looks so different in this sample to how it looked at launch does that sound bonkers, but in a good way may I add. Unfortunately this is a sentiment that will prove useful during the festive season and it's one I use, but you can snip at this so it's ten times more useful plus extra value for money too. A really lovely sample Sue. Your inspiration is so appreciated thank you. Hope you have a drier day wherever you are xxx

Pretty Very very pretty I love the sentiment Traditionally isn’t that why we send Christmas cards to those we won’t be able to see at Christmas and show we’re thinking of them

Good Morning Sue. Beautiful Christmas card this morning Sue...and many more to come I hope. I love how you have put it all together. Looking forward to seeing more of these lovely seasonal cards.
I am so sorry for not posting yesterday Sue. We have been visiting my brother in hospital for the last 8 weeks and it is beginning to tell on us so yesterday we had a ride to my sister's house just to chill and relax for the day and put everything on backburner for a couple of hours. It was lovely to see her. Enough of my problems. Just keep on posting your lovely cards....you have no idea how much they mean to me each morning. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds.

Hi Sue. As I won the Paula die in the launch draw, I have no excuse to not make something similar. Love what you have done with the Hayley die with it delicately peeping out from behind the main image.
