Hello crafters! Another card that uses the
Starburst, but this one is super bright! I started by creating the background using a piece of
acetate and adding
Blue Aquamarine and Teal Tourmaline Crystal Tints and spreading them with my finger. I sprinkled on some
Silver and Midnight Marine Holographic Glitters on top. Next I scrunched up a piece of white tissue paper and laid it over and tamped it down with a piece of kitchen roll. I set it aside to dry overnight then cut it to size with a paper cutter. Next I cut the
Mosaic Bauble frame in both white and black. I used the black as a shadow then cut away the two longer sides. I added a strip of white card behind them, then added mounting foam and used the on the two sides of the acetate. I cut the
Starburst in white and added a black backing, then mounted it in the centre. The
Swirled Silent Night cut in black was added to the centre of the Starburst. White and black mats and layers were used to complete the card. The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 8 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Think it's time, time to get down and dirty lol I've seen you smile that smile when you get the glue and crystal tints out when you've demo'd this kind of background there's a kind of glint in your eye so now that you've shown us how gorgeous these are to show your dies on I'm finding it hard to resist, as long as it's as easy as pixie's surely I can't get it wrong - can I ?
This sample should be re-named Blue Starburst Night as it has a real firework burst to it, fantastic sample.

We all agree that your background is stunning. I also dont possess any Crystal tints either, but I may just have to remedy that. I'M not in the least worried about getting messy, as you should see the state of my hands when using glue and sprays.
It shows off the starburst die really well but can be used as a background for lots of cards throughout the year. Hugs xx Pauline in S.A.

What a gorgeous card - full of sparkling loveliness. I really adore the starburst - it really gives an amazing ‘pow’ to your cards. I have got it as I was given your Christmas collection for my birthday.
My cardmaking has been very restricted this year. My mind wants to craft all day long but my body refuses to play ball!
Today’s card is wonderful.
