Jan 2017 Die Launch

Hello there my crafty friends!  Welcome to the blog launch for the first die release of 2017!  I am particularly excited about this launch as there are some very different ideas, including some new die categories!  We have included a new category called Kinetics and this is the very first die in the category.  First up today is the new Working Candy Machine! Yes it really does work, you just turn the handle and your candy comes out!   I have shown it here in it's simplest form so you can get the idea that I had in mind and I am also including a link to the video I made that shows exactly how easy it is to put together!  Just click on this link to watch it:  https://youtu.be/O2EH7wE_qjM
This is a really fun idea that can be adapted for any occasion and I will be showing you many more ideas over the coming months!  You just turn the handle and the candy comes out!  It is refillable and can be used with a wide variety of different candies .  The best thing is that it is so simple to assemble too, but looks like it took you forever and a day! LOL   Who wouldn't love a version of this card!
As always, please leave a comment to be entered into the drawing to win this die set, but please make sure that your name is very distinctive, add a city or an alias (ie, Jill the crafting goddess or Anne E in Glasgow).  Each die set will be given away and I will announce the winners on Monday Feb. 6th.  The next post will be up at 12 noon today!  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue,
What a fantastic card and die, love it I think it is a brilliant idea, would really love to win one, I have a grandchild who is mad on these candy machines, but I don't know what to say because I can't think of enough superlatives to describe it, anyway, WOW.

Hi Sue and lovely ladies
Just catching up and can't believe my eyes. I don't think we've seen anything like this anywhere before. I don't know how you think up these ideas. Sue you're so crafty clever to work out all the intricacies of how this die would come together and not only look good but also be fully functioning. Wow!

Hi Sue
So this is my first 'coming back cos I missed it' comment.
I love this new concept and I can think of loads of my friends who would love to receive a card like this and even more overjoyed at receiving the sweets. That is if I managed to complete the card before giving into temptation and eating all the sweets myself. I can also think of a few children who may like a card like this x
This is so exciting - love it

It's totally amazing that you can actually make this work I was impressed by the design then I saw it was a working model!!! I have to have this die for my grandchildren because not only would they love getting one for Easter but they could help me make one.

Hi Sue

This is such a fun concept and a great start to your new launch, which I'm really looking forward to although my bank balance isn't I think my wish list is going to get a lot bigger. I think adults would love playing with this card as much as the children, you could use lots of old fashioned sweets it would be great for reminiscing with. Fantastic

With best wishes

Well I'm totally amazed by this latest die I watched the video right away I can't believe you actually made this work! I've no idea how you think of these things you must never sleep.
but as usual these days I've been sick again so only getting to comment now. Well I've been making a list of which ones I HAVE to have but it's not easy. I wonder if it would be romantic to get a die for Valentine's Day I could always buy myself one.

All the best Pauline ( freedom99)

Hi sue, well I've missed your blog for a few weeks now,
I've been in hospital, I'm black and blue from all the injection I had, I couldn't wait to get home and the first thing I wanted to do was look at your blog, so with cuppa in hand I've looked back at all your cards
I've missed lots of beautiful cards you've made,
I'm so glad I'm home as there was no Signal in the room I was in on the spinal and neuro ward.
I'm back now' and look at all these new dies I love them especially the gum ball machine, what memories they bring back I'm only 44 and I'm talking like I'm 90 anyway it's lovely to be back, big crafty hugs Julie laz xxx
