You're So Sweet

Good Sunday morning all!  I found this one in one of my folders which uses the Meridian Edger so nicely!  I think it definitely deserves it's day on the blog, don't you!  I started by cutting the Meridian Edger four times using the corner and four times using the side piece out of coconut white card.  I glued all the pieces to a 6" x  6" piece of sky blue card so that they all fit snugly, corners first then fitting in the side pieces.  I matted that piece with a thin black mat.  Next I cut the outer frame of the Grace die out of sky blue card and backed it in white.  I added mounting foam to raise it.  I cut the inner decorative die out of white card, omitting the cutting edge, then seated the Grace frame over it and backed it with a piece of black card for contrast.  I stamped my sentiment and cut it out with the inner oval from the Grace set and gave it a sky blue mat and mounted it in the centre of the frame.  The card was then finished with a white pierced mat a sky blue and black mat and a larger white mat.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x  7 1/2" in size.

Now for this week's Comment Game winners.  They are:

Love this card, it's gorgeous.
Congratulations to all comment game winners.
I had to give in to temptation yesterday and ordered the Lattice frame and the shadow box dies. So many on my list I will never see the end of it.
Daily hugs to all, hoping June and Tracey are doing well (glad to hear you just sit and enjoy your garden Tracey), miss Melody and Molly.

Good morning Sue and everyone. I'm very pleased this card is having it's moment of glory on your blog, it's beautiful. Thanks for giving the size of card that the corner/edger dies fit onto as I can never figure it out.
Congratulations to all the winners. Well done Pam on giving in to temptation, I hope you enjoy your purchases. The Poppy, Olive Branch and two striplet dies arrived yesterday, can't wait to play but as I have two doors to sand today I'll just have to dream about them instead. Hugs to all. Sue XXX

Sunday Smiles to you Sue. If this delicate, pretty card doesn't bring a smile to all that enter Particraft today then I dont know what will. There are many extra big smiles this morning, and congratulations to all winners listed above, enjoy your gifts ladies.
It's just so clever how these ideas go from sketch to metal to card to end product, and the background is just so pretty made from just 2 dies. I love how the collection of dies draw you into the centre focal point, they all fit so well together, and the sentiment comes back to you for all you do.
Hoping you have a lovely day Sue whatever your plans may be xx

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, a really crisp and bright card today, love the blue on white, reminds me of Wedgewood style, the Die really does come into it's own with this design.

Congrats to all the winners.

Pam and everyone, thank you for your good wishes, still very painful indeed, can't sit, lay or even move without it hurting. The outside cut itself is mending nicely but of course the inside nerves and tissue takes much longer, but the infection that I had has made the whole area very red and sore, but I am getting there.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx
