Belgian Collection

Hi bloggers!  This post is dedicated to the last two sets in the Belgian Collection; the Bruges die and the Belgian Tags.  Both sets are beautiful and so handy to use on your crafting projects.  Shown here, the Bruges has been cut into the background and recessed to the sentiment.  The separate cutting edges gives you the versatility to do projects such as this.  There is a double tag set that gives you two smaller dies that are just perfect for your sentiments or even running a bit of ribbon behind!  If you think you might like a chance at winning either of these, you know the drill!  Please feel free to "pin" any of the cards to your boards for later viewing too!  I shall return at 6am Friday morning with a new category of dies to show you.  Fingers crossed you will like them as much as I do!  All for now, Sue x

Evening Sue and all Wilsonettes, oh how can we not like these, they are gorgeous, like everyone of the new collection of dies and stamps.

This is the last post I will put on here for a few days as I am going into hospital tomorrow morning early for an operation, this means that I will not be finishing the blog posts, such a shame as I would love to have won one of your dies.

Good luck everyone

Good avening Sue,
it's lovely to see two varients of tag for the Brussels collection as like with the extra corner in the border set it just lets up do that something a wee bit different but still match our card design that we are doing. Your sentiment would be great for welcoming in the new year so i think we must keep our eyes peeled for it's release as well. You have made so many different cards for us Sue and each one is better than the last and you leave us with a dilemma in what to get and what we can actually afford which is two different ends of the scale unfortunately for some of us, but hey what we can't get we can drool over on your blog as it,lol. Have a lovely night flower and thank you for all the beautiful inspiration that you give us so freely and willingly, i really appreciate that welcomed sight each day even if i'm not upto it, it lifts when low,
love and crafty hugs

Wonderful new collection, I have been trying to catch up, almost missed seeing the new designs. Love, love all of them.

I feel I have fallen off the planet lately. Things have been spinning so fast, I just have had to prioritize like never before. Today I will try to catch you up a little, and tell you all I have missed posting with everyone.
Some of you were following along with Greg, my SIL, being diagnosed with a rare cancer. In my last update he was going to MDA in Houston. Well, he did go and got a second opinion which reconfirmed what the first specialist said. At MDA there would have been a delay to schedule his surgery, and a two month move to Houston. This would be quite a hardship with 5 children to care for as well. So his decision was to have the surgery closer to home. He had it just last week, and is still recovering. We are waiting for the report, but the doctor sounded optimistic. They were able to spare major organs which was a miracle. Prayers still needed.
So, we've been gone, and I've had very little computer time. We took our RV, and moved close to them to help with the kids. Now I know why God gives kids to you when you're young! I think our poor daughter has actually had a harder time in some ways than Greg. He handles stress with a quiet, yet strong spirit and faith.

I am so thrilled to see Sue's new launch. I feel I've missed so much. So very sorry to not be able to read all the posts and see how everyone is doing. You've been in my prayers, those with their own serious issues. God bless.

Hiya lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

All good things must come to an end I suppose and your posts for today is one of them unfortunately.....but fear not good people, we have more delights tomorrow and they may include the intriguing shadow boxes.....
But back to tonight, two more beauties to tempt us with and a card that puts my efforts to shame...all in a days work for you fabulous Sue!
I admit to feeling slightly giddy with excitement and anticipation during a launch, on your average day I am bad enough when I open your blog page but nothing compares to the meltdown that takes place when I see a launch!
I am savouring every beautiful minute, it's like going to a Michelin starred eaterie and working your way through five delicious courses.....
June, good luck with your operation tomorrow and wishing you a speedy recovery and return to the blogxxx
Txcowgirl, so pleased to hear that Greg is still fighting, I feared the worst because of your absence but thankfully he is facing his illness with such bravery and fortitude. Thinking of you and your daughter as well because the relatives sometimes get forgotten in the strugglexxxxx
We almost had another trip to the vets today....we've foolishly been letting Brodie out on his own for a runaround to burn up some calories and lose weight, only for an hour or so of an afternoon. Everything was going to plan....apart from my persistent palpitations until he returned to safety.....until today when my Mum chased him up a flight of stairs to the flat next door thinking that she could corner him. Well, he had other ideas.....he jumped on a window only to find that the ledge wasn't wide enough to turn around, stuck he lost his footing and fell three storeys onto concrete! My mum had visions of him lying there dead or seriously injured but when she reached him he was standing, albeit in a bit of a daze, as I nothing had happened. I think he may be slightly bruised because he was limping a little later on but it's amazing how he can fall that far and little Scamp broke her pelvis jumping on a chair!??!
P, you're having a tough time of it lately honey, I hope that you have loads of quality time left with Miss Pushy, she sounds a lovely natured baby so enjoy the time you have leftxxxxx
Goodnight my lovelies, looking forward to tomorrow:-).......

Li!E I said, I thin you dream in geometric, there can be no other explanation for how you come up with this stuff! Congratulations, another amazing group of dies. Sending you big hugs x

Tracy, one more day hunny, you've done so damn well (I'm getting a bit emotional now!), look forward to that holiday :-) you've been so brave and strong. I have once again taken to my bed with you keeping me company. I am looking back over the cards which we have been treated to over the last 2 days and am still in awe of your expertise x

More dies to die for, love them all - thank you Sue but the decisions are so hard and I keep asking myself how many can I justify adding to my collection!!!! LOL

Your dies are so clever. I look at the picture of the die and keep thinking you've used the wrong picture but then looking closely I see you haven't!!!
The dies are just so versatile that the give a completely different result when you play with them.
Just genius!!!

Hi Sue,
It is just fantastic the versatility you give us with all the separate cutting edges. I love how the card looks with the centre cut for the sentiment, but I know it would look just as stunning with the centre die cut instead, you continue to inspire.

It is so interesting that you can cut out the die without the outer edge. It is so effective and has made a great card. I especially love the tag set. Can't wait to see what you have done with them. I think they have moved up to the top of my to get list.

Hi Sue. How am I ever to decide which sets to buy? Unless I have a major lottery win this weekend I might have to resort to the "hat" method. It's brilliant how you can use your dies without the outer cutting edge as it means you get twice as much for your money. Sue XXX
