What a gift to celebrate reaching 5400. You just couldn't have found a more beautiful gift to do so.
Your new set of dies are just so so easy and beautiful to work with and the results are always lovely.
Today's gift is just so elegant and is perfect for any occasion.
As you probably know tone on tone is just one of my all time favourite colour themes and so it's a win win all the way.
Well after one day yesterday of very cool temps and no sunshine but still no rain we are back this morning to full sun and it's already very warm.
To all in pain and suffering I hope your day gets better. To everyone please take care and stay safe. See you tomorrow.

Such. pretty delicate looking card, I can see the configuration dies are going to be so handy, but will have to go on the list as I placed my order yesterday for a good few of the new Christmas release and have to start saving again, lol. What a Beautiful card. The video as ever was was very helpful, especially the tip for cutting the aperture on your focal element. I have discovered something amazing, I can watch your video via my television!! I thought this card looked gorgeous on the I Pad, but Sue its spectacular when seen on the big screen!! Yeah, video day! This is a Sue Wilson classic, it is so elegant and intricate. I don't have any configuration dies as yet, I must admit that the packaging left me confused as to what to do will them creatively but that is where you come into your own dear Sue, without your demos detailing your vision for each set of dies I would be a bit lost I'm afraid. You really get my creative juices flowing and I Thankyou for that.
I love today's card and I will really enjoy watching it later after household chores.
I was really sad yesterday, I was looking at the Creative Expressions blog only to find out that there won't be any more demos on C&C in the foreseeable future! This is devastating news as I live for the appearances of our lovely Sue and her fantastic collections and I usually buy them in bulk. I phoned CE headquarters to verify the news and it was confirmed, so can I just say that you will be sadly missed by many, many followers Sue and I hope that this sad state of affairs changes soon. Thank goodness you are kind enough to create your demos for YouTube , they are much appreciated!
Alison, just a quick word about your bed/scratch post , it really made me chuckle-I have a staircase in a similar state, the spindles have been reduced to toothpicks by the over zealous clawing of Brodie and I fear that if I sand them they will snap in two:-) he has a 5ft deluxe climbing frame and scratch post that doesn't even get a look in and we've had to recover our leather sofas too! Still love him dearly though.

How fantastic having so many followers , yours is the only blog I follow - nothing could be better than yours.
My builder has almost finished pointing the front of my home so I don't think I'll be doing much crafting for a while as I have to clean the house from top to bottom to get rid of all the dust and grime. Beautiful card again sue x you really do show your configurations dies at their best. I don't have a local supplier so only get to see your dies on your blog so really really appreciate all the hard work you put into your blog especially now after CE's sad news x I shall watch the video soon as I have had a very busy week so only just catching up x my eldest daughter has moved out so been helping her out, travelled to kent yesterday as it was my mums 65th birthday so took her out for a treat and been catching up with housework today !
I have missed visiting here so an extra big hug to everyone who needs one and a big cuddle to all your furry friends xxx

Hi Sue and crafty Wilsonettes
well what an evening, I can't believe this is the first chance I've had all night to sit down and read everyones comments. Hubby away in France with work and we decided to surprise him by mowing the lawn so he wouldn't have to do it at the weekend, I showed my son (14) what to do and he was doing a great job, I left him for literally a minute while rescuing a frog and he mangled the cable in the mower. Thank goodness for circuit breakers!! Had to wait for brother-in-law to fix the cable and then finish the job myself, ooh my back aches now - phew!!
Sue this card is absolutely gorgeous, sadly I don't have these dies but can see I'll be adding them to my list, I fell in love with the Canadian dies from your last but one launch and the config dies are so pretty and versatile. So pleased to see your blog hit another milestone too, congratulations!

First, big congratulations on 5400 followers... the best cardmaking blog deserves it!
Had to buy a couple of sets of these configurations dies on release- just my thing, dies to add together to make lots of shapes, borders and backings! Only had the chance of a little play sadly but I adore them and they will get lots of use.Such a pretty card today, I love the borders you made for this card and the little extra mat under the die cut, very clever (though only looked at the pictures, no time for video). Have to say the configurations dies are great if you're on a tight budget for dies as you can do so much with them.
Very disappointed that they'll be no Creative Expressions on Create and Craft for the foreseeable future. Obviously don't know the reasons behind it so it'd be wrong to comment further but sufficed to say I'll be spending a lot less with them in the future.
I've had a "busy" few days. At the dentist last week, the infection had cleared, teeth no longer hurting- hurrah! Tuesday this week, lots of pain, rang dentist back with message from Mr W that he'd duck out from work to take me whenever. Wednesday afternoon there I am, pain in 2 teeth either side of where infection was, chose tooth with no bone left holding it in with option on removing other tooth if it still hurts next week, tooth extracted after two lots of anaesthetic, stitches (due to poor healing) and off I go. I don't know quite what the reason was but I was asleep pretty much from when I got home until 11:30 this morning- and even then I kept dropping off until my PA got here at 2 and reminded me I had an appointment with the practice nurse. The drowsy feeling continued until about 6pm, no idea why at all, I'd been having a good bit of rest before that! Hoping I'm not awake all night though as off to London for a scan tomorrow afternoon. Will try and check in before I go, if not I will try be back asap after. These journeys do knock it out of me so if I am missing for a day or two after please don't be concerned.
Hugs to all Wilsonettes wherever you are in the world, extra hugs if you are ill, in treatment or recovery or in any sort of pain.

Oooooo, I've just ordered my birthday present....just over two weeks early! It was the choice of your Cygnus die or your Diamond Striplet.
