Hi there crafters! My favourite spring green for today's card. I started by embossing the top of the card with the
Swirling Heart embossing folder. I cut the bottom edge with the
Phoenix edge for shape. I just score a strip of white card and used it underneath the edge. I stamped the
Floral Doodle stamp using a
clear Perfect Medium pad then embossed it in white. I cut it out with the
Herald Square dies and created a frame. I inked it lightly with
Shabby Shutters before removing it from the die. I mounted it on foam and added it to the top of my card. I stamped my sentiment ten cut it into a forked strip and glued it across my frame. I made a two tone
Camellia out of green and white card and seated it on
white tulle at the left end of my sentiment strip. I made two matching stick pins and added them as embellishments. To finish off the edge of my embossing, I cut the
Phoenix die in white and backed it with a spring green matching shape. I added it with foam along the embossed edge. The card was completed with a paper pierced white mat, a thin spring green mat and a final white mat layer. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/2" in size.

Such a pretty green and coupled with the white so gentle and so so calm. Again you have used one of my favourite Gemini dies which always look superb and used with your other products produces a most beautiful gift anyone would love to receive.

Morning Sue. This is a beautiful card. Loving the fresh colours and what you can do with the gemini die's they always give you a stunning finish. What a stunningly Spring Creation! I absolutely love green and this card is Gorgeous! It almost looks like green Pergomano as it is such a delicate stamp, just love every detail of this card.

Today's card is PERFECT!, I love the colour firstly, I just love green and what a beautiful shade of green you have used! The composition of the dies you have used is perfect too Sue, this has to be one of my favourite cards of yours Sue, I just absolutely love it! (Oh no I am beginning to sound like a certain tv presenter) but I do genuinely mean I love it!
Right then who's excited about tomorrow ? I just can't wait to meet up with so many of you, June Smith, I would love to catch up with you!
We (some of my blog ladies ) who are Sue's blog ladies too, have arranged to all meet up for a catch up and for many of us to meet for the first time, which as we have all got to know just about everything about each other over in he Cotswold cafe , the icing on the cake, we have all been bought together by our shared love of Sue and her cards and stamps and dies and.. Well the list goes on bit you get the point!
Although I feel a little sad as I would love to have met up with the lovely Sam Smithard, but she just can't make it this time, keep on that road to recovery Sam and hopefully we can enjoy our weekend together later in the year!

What a beautiful card. It seems I am in the minority as I love green. I especially love this shade of green and it looks lovely with the crisp white card.
I love the embossing folder and dies too and always think that white embossing powder is a winner.
I am going to Ally Pally tomorrow. It will be my first time and I'm really excited. It is a long way to go, but it will be worth it to hopefully meet Sue and see some of her designs in 'real life'. Oh yes and to have the chance to stock up on some more crafty goodies.

Gorgeous card, very springlike, clean and feminine. Just lovely. Hope everything goes well at Ally Pally. Clare , TOB and Sam hope you're all feeling better. Finally got to take my aunt to Rockcliffe Hall yesterday and it was lovely to see her enjoying herself. We sat outside in the grounds and it was gorgeous. She said it was lovely to be in the fresh air for once. It made everything worthwhile.

Hi Sue. This card is really lovely !! It is sooo very pretty !! You have used my most favourite colour - green !! It is such a great pastel green shade and it goes so well with the coconut white card. I have the pastel green and it goes just as lovely with the milk card to. I love the look of your Floral Doodle stamp and it is now on my huge wish list !! I love the effect of the white embossing powder on the green card. Your fab Phoenix Gemini Die is Sooo pretty and it looks like a perfect match with your gorgeous Camelia flower dies. I love your stick pins to. This is a very nice background EF. I have, at long last, ordered your fantastic background EF Rambling Blosooms !! It has been on my wish list for such a very long time now. It will be my first ever Floral background EF and I can't wait for it to arrive and have a play !! I am sorry I can't make Alley Palley this weekend but I hope you and all the lucky ladies that are going have a wonderful time.
