Sending Lots Of Love

Hi bloggers!  This is another really quick and easy card to make.  I started by cutting the Heart Background out of both white and black card.  I used the black die cut as an offset shadow behind the white die cut.  Next I covered a piece of black card with a sticky adhesive sheet.  I peeled the backing paper off and proceeded to add small pinches of different coloured gilding flakes.  I used Wild Wisteria, Ocean Waves, Candy Pink, Vintage Chrome and Rose Gold Gilding Flakes.  I used a rubit scrubit pad to move the flakes all over the background and lightly refine and remove the excess flakes.  I glued the piece behind the background.  I cut a sentiment from the Love Wordie sheets and added it across the bottom of the card.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 5 3/4"  x  7 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

Good morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a beautiful card today covered in shimmering, glittering hearts, very clever, I have not used my rub it scrub it stuff for a long time, so it is time to give it an airing again, thank you for the inspiration.
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Morning Sue and all crafties.
Hope everyone had a nice Easter, dont feel guilty if you munched through a complete egg no matter the size just remember its only a shell, no filling so far fewer calories 😊
Although I confess to keep forgetting you're back with us, I did eventually catch up with you're new designs and im so glad I did, you made Easter.
Hope you're well.
Be kind.
Me xxx
