It's Your Birthday
Hello bloggers! It's time for a really clean and simple card! I selected a pixied background that used the Midnight Blue Pixie Powders. I used the large balloon from the Birthday Balloons die set and cut two apertures in the card. I added mounting foam to the back of the background card to raise it. I embossed a piece of white card with the Balloons Embossing folder. I attached the card over it so they showed through the two balloon apertures. I cut the Happy and Wishes from the Balloon Tails set in white and glued them to the balloons. I cut the It's Your Birthday sentiment in white and glued it to the bottom corner of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 3/4" x 8 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue, Up up and away in your beautiful balloons lol (ohhh dear I'm really really showing my age now aren't I lol and another year passes me by soon) but hey, if it means getting a couple of metal packages bring it on.
Even our poor fur baby is shivering this morning and she's a hard dog with male emotions everything on her terms lol but every morning I greetings her on MY terms and its Particraft first then hugs, I'm loving the new balloon embossing folder Sue it either finishes off a project or starts a new one, you covered every layer with the birthday collection from the folder to the final squiggly birthday string sentiments and its perfect to batch make with various pixies backgrounds waiting to be used, I have about 6 pixies A4 sheets stored in a plastic folder just waiting for something like this, it's plain and simple but is absolutely beautiful.

Hi Sue. What a very good idea to use the balloon embossing folder inside the apertures of the die cut balloons. Great idea for a very quick card (provided you have a stash of background papers!)

Good Morning Sue. Ohhh W.O.W I love this and guess what ... Just in time for my both my Sons birthday's. One on Christmas day and the other 29th ... four days after. So a massive thanks Sue for bringing us this . I think I might be busy this afternoon lol. I think I will use black and silver for one and Black and go!d for the other just to make them a bit more masculine. Thankyou Sue.
