To A Dear Friend

Hello crafters!  I started by cutting the Ring Quilt twice in white and once in Ocean card.  I extend all of them to create a rectangle shape rather than a square.  I glued the Ocean die down first to a piece of aqua card.  Next I offset the white one and glued it down over the Ocean card die and off set the other white one and glued it down creating an interesting pattern.  I put pearls in the corners as accents.  I added mounting foam to raise it and added it over another piece of card that I used double sided tape all the way around the edges.  I used Ice Blue Polished Silk glitter to create a bold border.  I cut the Dear Friend sentiment in Ocean card and black card, using the black as an offset shadow.  I glued them to a small rectangle and added it to the centre of the card.  I added a small flower in aqua to the corner of the sentiment.  The card was completed with white, aqua and ocean mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x  7 3/4" in size.
