Thanks

Hello crafters!  This one was made using  Sky Blue and milk card.  I started by cutting the Alice die in both Sky Blue and milk card.  I crisscrossed them and cut the last panel off of both of them, making them three rows instead of four.  I added a solid milk card backing to them, then cut the top of the Alice die out of milk card and added that too.  I cut one strip off of it as well.  I added mounting foam to the back then added it to a larger piece of milk card.  I ran double sided tape around the edge of it then used Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz on it.  I cut the Noble Thanks in Sky blue and added it to a shadow cut from milk card and attached it in the upper corner.  I used the Spiral Pearl flowers cut out of milk card and embellished them with several leaves then attached them in the lower corner.  Sky Blue and Milk card mats and layers were used to complete the card.  The finished dimensions are  5 3/4"  X  7" in size.    All for now. Sue x

Morning Sue. What a beautiful shade of blue, sky blue and milk is such a gorgeous combination it kind of gives you that feeling of relaxation. I just love this sample Sue, although the floral element is a large part of this sample, with the blue in the background the pretty spiral pearl flowers blend in quietly and gently but show their own beauty in their own way.
Whatever you are planning for the day hope it's enjoyable xxx

Hello Sue
Like everyone else I love this card from the colours, background and those pretty flowers. I read an article in our weekly newspaper to my granddaughter yesterday about an elderly war veteran who's 99th birthday is on Friday and he has no relatives and lives in a care home. Up she goes to my craft room and made a card and had me take it to the home. I have had her for three days this week and not once has she been on her iPad we are busy doing crafty things instead

Love this card, that lovely blue is so delicate contrasting the white. I really like the weaving effect made criss crossing the Dies. I loved your weaving dies & this gives a similar effect but more dimensional. Thank you Sue.

Hello Sue and all
Like everyone else, love the sky blue and white and the gorgeous glittery border. The Alice die looks fabulous and cut down makes a good smaller card. Alice is sitting on my craft table at the moment waiting for me.
Crewe Trish, what a lovely story and isn’t it rewarding when granddaughters are happy to forget the electronics in favour of craft.
Hugs

Hi Sue. Love the versatility of this die as it could be used for male cards and female cards alike depending on the colours used and the addition of embellishments. What a good idea to cut it down as it could also be used for smaller cards.

What a wonderful thoughtful little lady. Things like this show what a lovely upbringing she has had that must have bought a tear to your eye knowing she is your flesh and blood, how proud are you and so you should be Trish ☺ imagination and a little attention works wonders. Our children are so busy trying to keep a roof over their head by working all hour's it's so hard for them to do what we use to enjoy with them when they were that young. A heart warming comment to read from you x
