Hi bloggers! Today's card is an easy clean and simple style card with a pretty pop of colour! I started by cutting the
Rose Flower Square in white. I glued it onto a piece of acetate. I filled in the sections of it with
Crystal Tints (two coats) but I left it lighter in sections of the rose to look like it had been shadowed. I allowed it to dry, then added a white backing piece and a thin black mat. I cut a wider white square using the
Double Stitched Squares and matted it then added it to a larger white background. I cut the
For Someone Special sentiment in black and glued it beneath the flower. The card was completed with a white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6" x 7" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. Beautiful. I was so thrilled to be chosen to receive this gift when you launched it last year. It cuts so well and the fall outs a decent size for me to handle to piece back, the tiny pieces I get help with lol. So I have two cut out ready to use but had a request for 4 cards which I need to concentrate on when I have full feeling in my fingers. These square flower dies are exquisite and so easy to make some really pretty cards with. I hope to own the full set at some point - no, I will own the full collection at some point and when I get round to making a card with my cut out rose I'll do what you said. Hi Sue, I love this CAS card and the Crystal Tints really shine. By sheer coincidence I have this morning made a card with this very die but I have used some of my new Pixie Powdered card to paper piece and I am very pleased with the finish.
