Hi Sue
Beautiful card, I adore your striplet dies and love seeing all the different ways to use them, I'm also loving the sweetheart flowers so they could be coming my way.
Mick has now been moved back to the other hospital while they get his infection sorted and his BP and heart rate under control then he can go back to rehab was told yesterday only 8 cases of his illness is known so the treatment is not widely documented and each case can be different and neurologists in London want to see him down there as an outpatient once he's discharged from hospital.
Happy crafting
Love and huge hugs to everyone
Love Tina xxxx

Morning Sue.
Oh my word this is spooky lol. Before my 'crafting lull' I cut four of these striplets out, backed them and added mounting foam, that's where it stopped, but my intention at that time was to use them to make a frame, I'd seen one of your samples using this die for frames, and also on the SWCE fb group and they are so very pretty. Now I'm fully awake hopefully my mojo will return but as I'm not doing a market till August (health permitting) I can't yet find any enthusiasm to craft. It's a nuisance that I'm having surgery 2 days before the July market so I can't get that off my mind either, maybe if I treat myself I will get that need to craft back who knows lol.
Many congrats to Pearl on winning that stunning Wednesday birthday card, enjoy your gift bet you are well n truely purring this morning ☺

Good morning Sue and the Wilsonettes,
This is such a beautiful and soft, gentle card Sue and i just love it. I will buy the ravello striplet just to be able to do this card alone never mind what others i could make. I love the softness of the pink that you have and use underneath the winter white looking card on top. Because you have made it into a never ending going around card, it would make the most beautiful wedding card for their love that goes around and around and is never ending(well it is the day that you get married, after that you learn and know better). Those lacy leaves i just love Sue, they are so dainty and frilly that they just add that finishing touch under my lovely sweetheart flowers, which i just love. Thank you Sue for yet another stunner that has me wanting all the ingredients for, to make it. I hope that you have a wonderful day lovely lady. x
Pearl flower i hope that you get great joy from Sue's wonderful card and that inspiration flows from it.
Well i have my friends' little doggy here for a 3 day sleep over and it's a wee shame for the poor wee thing. Amber is a laso aphso but she is blind, her kidneys are packing up, her heart is done and she has the shoogles like she has been on an alnight bender at the pub because her wee hips and legs keep giving way on her. Her daddy is away to meet up with friends of his from America that are over on holiday and i said that i would keep his wee girl for him and she would be fine. I think because he knows how gentle i am with her he felt that he could leave her in my care. Tia is actually really good with her just nuzzling her to make sure she is ok and for a change is leaving the wee one to her food, which is amazing as she is always hungry. Yet, Tia is like that with Harry as well, she won't touch his food unless he gives her it(a bit of shoving it right in her eyes like but he gives her a share). It's not all that nice looking out today with grey clouds moving across to the west of me so which means Glasgow is in for rotten weather once more. I will leave you all with hugs to all that need them, Nanna Tina & Mick i hope they get him sorted back to firing on all four cyclinders soon flower, Tracy and her Dad i hope that things are getting sorted for you flower with your poor Dad, June Horrocks who is having to go into the hospital and everyone else that is down that coud be doing with some hugs to get them back up again,
Love and crafty hugs
Norah (Glenochil Village)

Good morning/afternoon Sue and your amazing Wilsonettes! I'm so sorry I haven't been able to comment this past week. I had some major oral surgury last Monday and that knocked me off my feet for a few days and then there were so many family activities after that...I haven't had time to stop in. Promise to catch up on everyone next week. It's our Memorial Day Weekend and there's so much going on...grandchildren's baseball games, my son-in-law's surprise 50th birthday party, a sleepover with my grandchildren, celebrating my daughter's birthday and my granddaughter's birthday.

Sue, I peeked at the week's gorgeous creations and every one of them is magnificent. You convinced me with yesterday's stunning card that I really need to buy some gilding wax as soon as possible. Today's card has inspired me to go into my craft room and try something like that for a card I need for Monday. Thank you again for sharing your amazing talent.

I did see in the comments today that I missed Maria's birthday so let me say Happy Happy Birthday Maria!

Have a beautiful day and weekend everyone!

Hugs to all!!!

Oh, my...how beautiful!!! My hubby happened to be sitting where he could see my computer screen when I started the video and he was amazed at the striplet dies...he asked, "are those dies? they are really pretty!" LOL

It's a good thing the dies are made of steel or I would have already worn out the leaf die set....I'm obsessed with how pretty they are and I've cut them in many colors. Cannot decide which color I like best. (smile)

Thanks for another beautiful card...my crafting friend was over again yesterday and your name always comes up in our conversations about making cards. She's new to die cutting, so I'm sharing what I know with her. She is in awe of what you can do with dies.

Have a great weekend! Jan D., Florida, USA

Good afternoon lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

Oh my goodness, this card couldn't have come at a better time for me, you see, I've been commissioned to make my very first wedding card and I have no idea where to begin....spoilt for choice with your beautiful dies that's the problem:-)....so this card has given me the impetus to think out of the box. It is very Sue, full of interest and utterly stunning. I particularly love how you have utilised the ravel lo as a frame, ingenious! The embellishments really make this card sing to me though, I love the lace edged leaves and sweetheart flowers, I can see that they will have to feature somewhere on my eventual card. Really enjoyable video, fabulous demo with plenty of ideas. Thanksxxxx
Like I say, I'm having kittens already about this card....couldn't get to sleep last night pondering over what I could possibly do.....it's a rather daunting project and I can see myself making a few so that my lady has a choice. I didn't think that I would have much use for the new wedding themed dies but I am being forced to think again. Could you please feature some wedding themed cards using these dies on your blog soon Sue, I would be eternally grateful. My problem is that I don't have an original bone in my body and prefer to use the ideas I get from Sues wonderful blog, so I'm panicking in a major way!Help!!!
Apart from sweating over this I'm having a housework day, bed change, so that means a humongous ironing...thankfully my mum helps out but I hate it with a passion. Many people would say, that you don't have to actually iron the pillowcases on the inside and the underside of the quilt cover but I've been brought up quite obsessional about creases so that just isn't an option:-(
On the plus side, the sun is shining after a cloudy start which is good news for my next door neighbour whose son gets married this afternoon. I worried after yesterday's rain but for a change the sun is smiling on Stirling:-)
Darcey was a dirty little stop out last night, wandering home at 2.30am, the cheek! She's reliving a misspent youth I think, at least she was sober:-)
Nana Tina, Micks condition sounds rather complex, I hope that he gets well enough to get the specialised treatment he needs in London. Any news on a suitable wheelchair?
Rebecca, how lovely to hear from you, always worry that our absent friends are alright, glad to hear that you are okay, come back and visit again soonxxx
Maria, hope you had an enjoyable birthday and relished not having to cook for a changexxxx
Theresa, hope that you're okay....xxx
P, if I lived closer I would adopt one of Floozies fluff balls but sadly Wales is a bit out of my reach, hope you find homes soon.....what age are they?
Huge hugs to Yvonne, Beth, Wheely bad, Pam, Frances, Lorraine, Linda, Lynda, Tracy, and Jan, plus anyone in need of a cuddlexxxx

Afternoon Sue
This is such an exquisite card. You are so gifted and the way everything just 'fits' together is so ingenious. Fabulous x
Apologies for my absence yesterday. I went to a friends yesterday afternoon and we had not seen each other for ages. She picked me up and on the way
back to hers decided to pop into the coop for some milk - it turned out to be expensive milk as she ended up spending over £50. Anyway we chatted and ate all afternoon until Jake picked me up. It was a late night - I didn't get home until 8.30!! Lol! No really - that is a late night for me being out partying.
Consequently I was absolutely knackered when I got home and collapsed in a heap and fell asleep waking up about 1am and just about managed to drag myself up to my bed.
I am still feeling the effects today of yesterday's revelry so am taking it easy in order to avoid complete burn out.
CRAFTI MOGGIE - well done on your win you lucky thing x
MARIA - happy birthday toooo yoooo for yesterday. Hope you had a lovely day doing something really nice x
TRACEY - thinking of you and your dad hun x
TINA - sending you a big hug - and one for Mick as well. It must be so tiring for you hun. Please take care of yourself x
REBECCA - lovely to see you x
P - it's hardly surprising that our Lorraine likes the name Floozie is it?!
BEJAY - hope you are managing to enjoy your weedless garden x
MAGGIE - your quilts sound amazing. What a lovely idea. I am sure they will be cherished. A challenge for you - can you make a onesie out of a quilt x
A little surprised that the sun has come out to play as it is a bank holiday weekend. And it is even promising to stay. Unfortunately I have been without my washing machine for a couple of weeks so cannot satisfy my desire to hang out my smalls. Very frustrating being without a washing machine. Waiting for a phone call from Samsung to let me know when the part arrives to repair it as it is still under it's 5 year guarantee which is handy x
Ok signing off now. Hope everyone is enjoying their bank holiday.
Take care and love and hugs to everyone especially absent friends and those having a rough time. To all my partners in crime specially Laine lots of love x
Happy thoughts
