My Favourite Cards Of 2018

Happy New Year crafters!  Today's post is dedicated to sharing my favourite cards of 2018 with you.  I have pulled out some that really sung to me when I finished them, for whatever reason.  They are in no particular order, but something about each of these made me smile when I finished them and I looked forward to sharing them with you on the blog!  You may or may not remember them, but I hope you liked them too!  I would love to know if you have a favourite from the list or ,maybe even another card that didn't make the list!  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue & Colin wishing you both a Happy and Healthy 2019 from myself and Andy xx

I remember the smile that came over my face when you showcased the majority of these plus the recent cute snowmen samples. The garden themes are just heart warming bringing the thought of spring and summer days ahead, the pretty floral samples are just gorgeous the frames so pretty and the flower squares special, the safari is magical, every sample here is worth more than a song or smile they reach the heart in some way of that doesn't sound mad or over the top !
I can't thank you enough for an amazing year, you've inspired me so much in every way and I know that at the start of each new day Particraft, your samples and the followers that pop in every day will start my day the best way possible. Looking ahead to new dies that will make us smile, surprise us and make sure it's toast only remaining on the menus, but make us rich in new knowledge is something to look forward to. So I hope your first day of 2019 is a good one with plenty to look forward to for you and your family xxx.

Hello Sue and all
A beautiful selection of favourites, I can see why they made you smile. I have gone back in to my Pinterest saves to see which is my favourite for the past year and I am sorry but the decision is impossible to make. I love the Safari collection, also for Christmas the little robins and both of your Christmas frames, particularly in mirror gold card. Pixie powders and the Passion flower really hit the spot as do any of your lovely stained glass - on and on, no way to pick a favourite.
Looking forward to another year on this wonderful blog with you and all the other bloggers,
Hugs

Hi Sue
A very Happy New Year x
I can’t believe you managed to whittle that list down. After a year of so many magnificent offerings how on earth do you pick just 12?
All of these cards seem familiar and they are all fabulous. It is so hard for me to pick a favourite from this array but due to the wonderful display of ‘Pixieness’ in number 1 that might just win me over.
Well it’s 2019 and I am sure that you have many surprises to bestow upon us to thrill and delight as only Sue Wilson can. By my calculations there will be a new collection with us pretty soon and my excitement levels will, as always, crescendo to fever pitch! I am really hoping that my good and slightly ambitious plans of starting my Christmas cards in January will come to fruition. It is criminal to be the proud and lucky owner of so much craft ‘paraphernalia’ and not be putting it to work much more regularly. There was no point in keeping count of my completed cards last year but I am going to try and keep a tally this year. Hopefully it will give me the motivation to persevere.
Will you be sharing your card total from 2018 with us Sue? Even though it makes my efforts completely insignificant I do love to know.
Happy New Year everyone

Hi Sue and Wilsonettes everywhere, wishing you all a very Happy New Year. Today has started off bright and sunny so I hope that is a good omen for the year ahead.

Sue, I love all of your favourites and from the few you have chosen numbers 3, 4, 7 and 8 are among my favourites also. Number 3 the Mother's Day frame has been a firm favourite from when you first showed it and although I don't need the sentiment the frame is so beautiful and useful with great snipability.

Hope everyone has a good day.

All are beatiful designs in their own right. And you should be proud of your designs for the year 2018. Of these designs shared today, my favorite is the blue pixie one at the top of the blog. Don't you love it when a design in your head comes out as you thought it would? These are times when one does the "happy dance". Looking forward to all of your designs to come in this new year of 2019. Please keep those creative juices flowing.

Hi Sue,
Well, they all sing to me to. Especially the first post, it's such a clear and crips card, with pixie powders which as everyone must by now know, they are my favourite colouring medium.
But every single card following on from there is beautiful, I also like the ones that depict a landscape etc. one.
Looking forward to 2019.

Hi Sue. I was not able to comment yesterday, so I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and all the Wilsonettes a very Happy New Year.
I can see why these are your favourites cards Sue and I love them all too. It is funny that they are all fairly simple cards so perhaps I shouldn't spend too much time and effort trying to cram as much detail onto the front of the card as I possibly can!

I would find it difficult to choose favourites and its rare for me to arrive at a card I do not love Sue. You give me so much inspiration and make me cut into dies I would never have dared to do a few years back. I look at my dies in a whole different light these days, and my criteria when purchasing a die is no longer "is it pretty", but more "what can I do with it".
Wishing you every Happiness in 2019.
