Hi crafters! Next up is the Penelope die. She has been done in an oval sort of shape with a very delicate cut out feature. This is a triple layering die, but you can always use just to top layer to create lovely cards too. You can cut into the card or cut it completely out. Another pretty card and like the heather shade used in this one. I love these smaller frame style dies as there are so many ways they can be used and mixing two or three together makes something different again.
