Hi crafters! I have been playing with the new Tina Triple Layering die. I started by cutting the top die into a piece of coconut white card. I used it four times around the edge of a square and over cut it in each of the corners (to make the card size a bit smaller). I cut another piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet attached and attached it to it. Next I cut the Tina die four times out of teal card and four times out of black card and kept all of the fall away pieces each time. I paper pieced all the pieces back into the die frame. I used white squares to cover the over cut corner areas. Next I cut the Melissa die out of white for the top layer, teal for the middle layer and black for the bottom layers. I stamped my sentiment, then cut a circle frame for it using the Double Stitched Circles. I mounted it in the centre of the card. I completed the card with white, teal and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 3/4" x 7 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. What a really stunning card. It reminds me a bit of ceramic tiles. What patience you must have to do all the paper piecing but it is all worth it in the end.

Very stylish - a lovely mosaic feel to it, and elegantly understated. Sometimes you need a card that's not too ornate, and this would be perfect.

Hello Sue,
What a fabulous combination of colors and dies. The results are mesmerizing and the paper piecing of the Tina die creates the perfect border around the card. I wasn't really sure what to think about this collection at first but I find that I really like it after using it several times.
Have a great day. Can't wait to see your upcoming shows for more ideas.
