Absolutely gorgeous card. Once again a perfect example of your pure genius. Will be watching this video along with a few others I need to catch up on later. Got a few cards to make over the next few days so I think that some Sue inspired cards will be the order of the day. Thank you again and again and again for sharing your unbelievable talent.
Congratulations Myra on winning Wednesday's beauty. Although I really thought it was going to be me!! Enjoy the Sue Masterpiece x

I am very relieved to say that after a day with a house full of more fishing gear than you can imagine, filling every spare bit of floor space Jake finally left me in peace and quiet at 9pm last night. Life as we know it in our house comes to a complete halt when Jake goes fishing because obviously his fishing trip is the most important thing in the world. Even Dillon, Jake's dog seemed pleased to see the back of him as he had been unable to find anywhere to lie down for most of the day!! A week of a tidy (ish) house until my little soldier returns.

George (my 17 year old) and I are going to have a chill out this evening in front of the tv. The film Pitch Perfect is on at 9pm and I haven't seen it. Good times!

Janet - How was your cake yesterday? Think cake may be in order this evening. Accompanied by a little chocolate and crisps and popcorn - needs must. Good luck with the cleaning. That's what I should be doing x

Beth B - Like your thinking. The Bribery and Corruption Appreciation Society. The BCAS for short. Should you and I be the founder members? If we make it to Ally Pally perhaps we could set the wheels in motion? Obviously I need a little fine tuning as it didn't work did it?! x

Lorraine - I do hope that your credit card is not terminal and recovers fully in time for it's next marathon. Can I just say that my underhanded tactics are patent pending and there is copyright to consider x

Magpie - what can I say? It wasn't me x

June - good luck with all the packing. When do you move? x

Molly - big hugs for you and yours x

Theresa - fingers crossed you are back in the land of the crafting very soon x

Deb C - Let's hope I will be in good voice when it's your Birthday x

Maria - perhaps we could take over Ally Pally? x

Rained all day yesterday and looks like today may start off in the same way. Looking on the bright side it was a lot cooler last night so more comfortable.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
Crafty hugs
Yvonne

Hello sue an everyone, this is a very pretty card it's cleaver how you cut them an make them look like another die. Thank you Theresa for telling me about Sue still going to do blogs I thought she was stopping for the holidays.an thank you to everyone who as been sending kind words for my grandad. He ain't had his hair fall out yet dad said it will but not sure when he said nan is going to keep putting it in a plat so that when it starts to fall out she can cut the plat off to keep. I think it's sad because I have a new baby sister an she won't get to see how long his hair was. Even some of my friends didn believe me when I said it was longer than past his bum but I showed them a photo an they all said wow never seen a man with hair that long. Dad said if he gets better his hair will grow again but he don't think it will ever be past his bum again because it took since he was 20 to grow it an he is 50 now so it took 30 years. Thank you everyone one from Molly oxoxox

Tell her it will soon grow back. in the gorgeous grey or silver grey. She won't be able to colour it for 6 months, but when she does tell her to buy "Naturetint". It hasn't got any chemicals in it and it colours a 100% of your hair. It's sold in Health shops at £10. ps, I know what you mean about trying to read everyone's messages but how wonderful is it to have all this wonderful feedback from people who actually think of and care about others here xx Molly, see if you can cut your granddads pony tail off now. Good Afternon Sue and fab Wilsonettes,

Whoa! Where has today gone? I haven't had a moment so far, so I will watch your superb demo later on Sue-the card itself is typically stunning, I love the Pavo die as a border, it's really effective. The Portugese dies are high on my wish list, only superseded by the Christmas Collection since it's high time I put some serious thought into a proper plan of action....I always leave it too the last minute though, I work better under a bit of pressure I think.
I've been doing a happy dance today, not only has my facial given me cheekbones again..a minor miracle in itself!, but I had the entire Canadian Collection delivered in super fast time. I can now set about making a surprise card for my Mums friend Marg, whose birthday cards went AWOL after my Mum put the wrong address on the envelope....we only lived next door to her for 15 yrs!!??!
Yvonne, so sorry for your loss...better luck next time, God loves a trier! The BCAS society is a stroke of genius, with a few tweeks here and there I am sure it could lead to success and eventual world domination! Enjoy your movie night and a nice tidy house while it lasts:-)
Molly, try not to worry about your Grandads hair, it will grow back eventually and I am sure he will be able to plait it again! My Dad has had cancer 3 times now and he is still going strong and he is a bit older than your Grandad. So don't worry, I am sure he will be just fine, he may even like short hair.:-)
Deb C, thanks for your kind words, I am chuffed that I can make someone chuckle because my family don't often find my contributions amusing:-)
Lynda, congrats on your little Grandsons homecoming, I hope all went well.
Have a lovely weekend everyone, and a safe flight home Sue if you are travelling yet.

Crafty love and kisses,

Laine1972xxxxx

Hi Sue,

Can't wait to see the video, haven't had a chance yet as my sister took me out for the day to the wonderful Lost Gardens of Heligan and we've not long got back. A very tiring day, started out cool but got very hot. It nearly killed me getting back up to the car park as some areas are very steep and my spinal stenosis REALLY complained lol. It was well worth it though and I enjoyed the time we were there...now I need to relax, for about one hundred years hehehe. Off to watch the video now. x

Hello Sue,
Brilliant video, was a bit worried about you getting glitter in your EF though. Great idea double cutting the die, I don't think you realise just how clever you are, you have certainly given me some lightbulb moments. Love the card to bits. Thank you.

Myra (Florida) many congratulations, we are not at all jealous LoL
Yvonne, had I won the card I would have considered giving it to,you, well for about a nano second anyway!
Love and hugs

Hi Sue & Wilsonettes

What a fantastic video Sue, thank you...so informative with some brilliant ideas...firstly the technique for using the Gemini cutting edge, makes it a whole lot neater & easier to do this after the layers are placed together...secondly the idea of using different dies inside of each other & cutting in the opposite ways is such a superb & brilliant idea...it is so obvious Sue that you have a wonderful creative imagination & we can also see just how much you thoroughly enjoy your card making...

As always I, along with all your devoted fans, can never thank you enough for the excellent tuitions you gracefully share with us...

Take care to you, your family & to all lovely Wilsonettes...Love'n' (((((HUGS))))) Beth B x x x
