Morning Sue
Oh my goodness - once again I am overwhelmed by your pure genius. The way you 'play' and change the look of your dies to show us there absolute unrivalled versatility. A hint of gold gives such a beautiful finished result.
Thank you (again and again and again} for sharing your astounding talent with us mere mortals x

Did you hear the screams when my parcel arrived yesterday? No not me - the courier screaming in terror as a wacky Wilsonette practically attacked her to get her hands on the gorgeous goodies. Think I've traumatised her.
Got as far as unpacking them and whooping with great delight but not had a chance to play yet.

Diane - I agree - I am highly sophisticated but the rebellious side of me wanted to be tarty for just a little while x

Lorraine - thank you for your reassuring words and advice regarding the blonde bathing beauties. It's all very well thinking of the solution after the event but I am struggling to stop myself sinking into a deep and dark depression. I am trying to concentrate on the BCAS as a distraction. I will consider your position but do think that a face to face interview would be the best solution to this predicament. Do you ever venture to Ally Pally? I will b asking Deb C to prove the credentials that she claims so as not to get egg on my face if I do have her as my personal bodyguard. Wouldn't do to have her run a mile at the first sign of trouble would it? x

Deb C - when will you be available for your interview? September Ally Pally?! x

Magpie - there is still the interview process - no one is exempt. September Ally Pally?

Going to try to play with my new toys today but got other things that in theory really should take priority - we'll see. Only 2 more full days to enjoy a tidy(ish)
house. Jake will return on Saturday evening with his fishing gear and proceed to ruin any sense of organisation that has been apparent in his absence. Oh well - you got to love em!
Hope every one has a good day whatever you do and wherever you are
Crafty hugs

Fabulous video and card you've treated us to this morning I just love this blog! Your configurations dies are such a genius idea I love playing around with them. I've even prettied up old scrapbooks of my Granddaughter that needed that little something extra. Your right, when you add pearls to your card it finishes them off perfectly.
I'm off for an early morning walk along the beach then making a card for a special friend who loves Teal, and because it's my favourite colour also I'm going to really enjoy making it. It's going to be made using your Spanish set that I use A LOT!

Good morning Sue and the Wilsonette lovelies,

Don't you just love video days, especially when it features such an elegant example of Sues genius. What's not to love about this little beauty-the Configuration die is so versatile, admittedly I wasn't sure of it at first but as is normally the case, as soon as I see a Sues interpretation I am an immediate convert. BSB(Before Sues Blog!) I would never have dreamed of doing a simple white/cream card, not now though, I love the chic simplicity advanced by a splash of glamour from the soft gold flowers....lush!
I am a tad disappointed today, I won't be able to play with my new toys, I have a friend popping round for a coffee and chinwag so I am resisting the urge to pull a sickie...naughty I know, but my new Noble and striplet dies, not to mention the Canadian background are calling my name as we speak!
I used to be able to mix my social calender with my crafting, however, all of the local craft shops have closed due to the recession and I don't have any local classes to go to anymore. I miss them so much, it's not quite the same doing it on your own at home, even if I do have a bespoke craftroom, because crafting is such a social activity as this blog proves each day. It's such a shame that we all live is far apart.:-(
I would love to attend the inaugural BCAS meeting at Ally Pally Yvonne but it's too far to travel from Stirling, it's a shame we can't have a board meeting in Glasgow at the SECC IN October. Never mind, I will be with you in spirit and you could send me the minutes at your earliest convenience-I don't blame you looking for definitive proof of Deb Cs credentials, lives are at stake here and lightweights cannot be tolerated! Enjoy your final few days of domestic harmony, cats create a lot less mess than children, I am so glad that I am childless.....living in a clinically sterile home without a thing out of place....I told you I was OCD,:-)
Patricia &hazel, have a lovely day, I am channelling the unseasonally sunny weather of Stirling your way today, have fun!
Hope everyone is enjoying their goodies from yesterday, I'm not in the least bit envious!:-)

Love and crafty hugs,

Laine1972xxxxxx

Hi Sue & Wilsonettes

What A stunning card Sue...I have the Configurations dies & what I love most if the examples on the packaging's that show you just how versatile these dies are & just how many different ways they can be presented onto our cards. I never would have thought of debossing them but how brilliant an idea, as always your masterpiece of ever increasing new idea & video is always a delightful inspiration...thank you for sharing both with us Sue & has been said before but is always true from the heart you are extremely kind & generous to share with us.

Thank you & love' n' (((((HUGS))))) to you & yours Sue & of course to all the lovely Wilsonettes Beth B x x x

Hellooooo Sue and the Wilsonettes! Amazing Sue! Beautiful card and a brilliant Configiration video x Thank you for demonstrating what wonderful things you can do with your dies. I was doing my mother-in-laws birthday card. It's sometimes a joint eye when I'm stuck and my husband put the Ornate Square tag and the Filigree 2 tag off setting each other and it looks stunning! I love how you snip a bit here and snip a bit there and come up with these gorgeousnesses! "Thank you" x Sending love and hugs to you Sue, your mom and family x Sending love and hugs to all our Wilsonettes who are in need xx Take care everyone xx Love Karen xx

Wow, such a stunning card & love the clean lines of this one but very elegant at the same time.

Must get those configuration dies as they are so universal as you have shown us in your amazing video demo.

Another beautiful 'Sue' creation.
