King Of The Grill

Hi crafters!  This first set on offer is called King Of the Grill.  I love the options here too with just so many pieces that can be added and arranged to create stunning cards.  I originally had this set  (and one other) in mind to go with the Apron which was released earlier this year.  Can't you just see these dies made into incredible card using that apron die??  You can see from the sample shown that they work equally as well on their own too.  I think this set will be great for making those pesky male cards too, a double bonus in my book!  Leave your comment on this post to be entered into this drawing.  I hope to see you back here at noon for the next release.  All for now,  Sue x

Gorgeous card Sue. So useful for the men in our lives.
This launch just goes from strength to strength, loved each post so far. You had better have plenty stocks at Ally Pally, think you are heading for a sell out.
Krafty Runner good that you managed to get another flight, though more expensive. Bad on Ryannair.
Saba, don't think I could bring myself to eat deep fried goldfish. So glad you had a lovely birthday.
Elaine how did johns appointment go.
Happy day to all. Still thinking of all missing and poorly friends.

Thank you all for your congratulations and good wishes on my new job, your support has been very much appreciated over the last few months. It's a bit nerve wracking to start a whole new career at this time of life but at least I'll be able to fund my craft addiction! Hugs to all, Sue xxx

Morning Sue. So far, so amazing is all I can say about this launch, I don't know how but it just gets better and better if that's possible. I'm way way behind with no chance of ever catching up too many dies, too many birthdays gone by lol if only I was 30yrs younger I may stand a chance. So I've had to start and think what will go down best at market and this collection along with yesterday's wonderful dies will be the one's I shall concentrate on - so far. I just know that the ladies will not be able to resist cards made from this set, give a man a 'saucy' pinny, a bright sunny day and they think they own the BBQ so why no let them continue to think they are King of the grill although we know better lol. Fantastic set, and lovely sample too. If you manage to get to AP I hope you have a wonderful time Sue. I just know there will be less stock at the end of the show. Looking forward to the next reveal and send you much love xxx

Morning Sue,

Why did you not bring this dinky set out years ago? Love love love it.

Pete and I always had an Anniversary BBQ every June and he really thought he was the 'King of the Barbies' He would have loved an anniversary card with these die cuts.
One year I bought a singing lobster to go with his new super duper gas BBQ, which he promptly caught on fire (the range not the lobster), what a laugh we had as he had forgotten to turn the flames down when he lowered the lid and we had charcoal sausages and beef burgers. Such wonderful memories we had at those anniversary parties. Still makes chuckle now remembering them.

Love 7 hugs

Hi Sue, although I am not a fan of the barbeque I absolutely love this card, you have created something stunning. So much thought has gone into all the different elements which would be useful on many other cards and I really like the checked background paper which makes me think of a picnic tablecloth - was that your intention? A brilliant start to the day.

Elaine - sorry about John's diagnosis but at least you now know what you are dealing with. There are plenty of groups to help and advise you, sending extra hugs for you. Hope Andrew continues to feel better each day.
Saba - I am sorry that I missed your birthday yesterday but happy that you had a great day.

Hi Sue and everyone
Sue a great set of dies. We have a friend who takes it all seriously wears the chef's hat and apron! This would be ideal for him!
Elaine so sorry to hear of John's diagnosis but as you say could have been worse. My mother in law has it and is on the first stages she is 92 and has good days where she can remember lots and other days when she is in repeat mode. We were correcting her at first but now we have accepted it we just go along with what she says as she usually forgets in a minute anyway. We found this is the best way to go. She is in a nursing home, the kitchen staff were short of teaspoons and they were all in her drawer! Now she puts them in her handbag which is awkward as we don't want to go in there. Am sending you love and hugs to you all and am thinking of you.
Crewe Trish are you home from holiday? How did it go? Love and hugs
Pam hope you are resting. Love and hugs

Oh man, I love the kebabs! This would be great for summer cards or invitations, and even on scrapbook layouts. We did a lot of cookouts this summer, and even camped, so I think I need this!

Such a fab card. All the little detail pieces in this die set are fantastic. Yes can see how well would be with the apron.

Super card. Wonderful die set, love your attention to detail with so many BBQ accessories. Such a useful set. I know one male (not mine) who deserves the King of the Grill title and another dozen who think they do.
Elaine H., sorry to hear of John's Alzheimer's diagnosis but at least you know what you are dealing with now and hopefully the tablets will slow things down.

I know so many people who would love a card made with these dies. Why is it the men always seem to take over cooking when it's BBQ time? LOL! Fabulous card.
