Merry Christmas

Hi crafters!  I am beginning to realise that I have too many Christmas cards and will have to post a few here and there so I don't run out of time to show them all!  I particularly liked this one and was planning on using it for a Wednesday Card giveaway, but it has gone missing somewhere along the way, who knows where!  I started by cutting the Twinkle Star Frames out of white and I backed it with white card too, but I cut it in half and took a bit out of the middle before reassembling it to make it a bit smaller.  Next I cut the Holly Lattice outer die and the Noelle Frame outer die together out of gold mirror card to create a wider frame.  I added mounting foam to the back to raise it and added it over another Twinkle Star frame cut out of Antique Gold card.  I trimmed away the excess from under the edge of the frame and backed it in white.  I added it with foam to the centre of the card.  I stamped my sentiment and cut it out with the pierced flags and gave it a gold mat using the next size up in the set.  I attached it across the frame then created three red poinsettias edged with a gold paint pen..  I seated the flowers around the card and added Berry Bough accents cut in Antique gold card.  I cut the Holly Swirl die in white and used several of them to accent the card as well.  The card was completed by added white, red and gold mats and layers and small flatback pearls to the Twinkle Star frame junctions.  The finished dimensions are 7 3/4" x  7 3/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x
