Festive Collection

Hi bloggers!  Welcome to day seven of our blog launch.  We have two die sets on offer during this post; the Checkerboard Poinsettia Border and the Scalloped Snowflake Frame.  Shown here together, you can see how lovely they work together.  The Scalloped Snowflake frame can easily be used all year round.  The Checkerboard Poinsettia Border can easily be used as a background when cut repeatedly, or as a side border or diagonally as I have here.  I can only imagine all the beautiful ways you will be able to use both of these die sets  for your festive cards and projects.  Two chances to win here if you leave a comment on this blog post.  The next post is scheduled for 12 noon today, I hope to see you back here then.  All for now, Sue x

Good afternoon Sue and the WIlsonettes,
This is a lovely design for a striplet Sue with so many uses as well as for so many different occasions. I know that it is suppose to be for Christmas but it along with the scalloped "snowflake" frame i think could be seasonless in my view, either that or my brain is definitely missing a link somewhere along the line. Thank you flower for another lovely set that i just had to add to the need list because i can see so many different occasions and uses.
Oh well yesterday after getting my room back to rights again after dragging everything out of drawers and wardrobes, i was absolutely jiggered. I have been raking things and scavaging for the past two days for things for my friend to take down with him to London and although i have found still more, i don't think his VW Golf would take anymore in it, as it's already crying out saying that he is not meant to be carrying such heavy loads, he isn't a van, lol. Anyway tiredness overtook i'm afraid so sorry flower.
Sending hugs to all the Wilsonettes and to the new ones that have decided to join our little band of crafters,
love and crafty hugs
Norah (Glenochil)

This poinsettia border is on my wish list. It has quite a Nordic feel to it, too. The snowflake is gorgeous too.

I am such a sucker for snowflakes! I am trying to figure out the 6 dies in the Scalloped Snowflake Frame but I can only find 4! The border is so sweet! I think I would save the negative to pop up the poinsettias! Hmmmm... The possibilities are endless!

Signed,
Love to Scrap Sandi
