Lovely card Sue, that subtle hint of colour really enhances the beauty.have a great weekend.
Congratulations lucky DeeDee, you have won a stunner.
Sam welcome back, lovely to see your post, so glad you had a wonderful holiday.
Elaine, I wish Andrews results had been better, your sons attitude is a lesson to us all. He is wonderful. Your final part of the message made me cry, it was so beautiful and you have every right to be so proud of him. Big hugs to hold you tight.
Crewe Trish, I feel for you and your Mum, no parent expects to see their children go before them. My mum was 42 and my Gran was 76, she never got over it. Bless you both.
June, hope the M25 journey wasn't too bad for you. Big hug my friend, sorry about your Aunt.
P, so lovely that everyone paid their respects, bet the Welsh singing was amazing, I too love to listen to it.
Maureen, now I can picture you as Miss Haversham, but what on earth are you doing, dusting I can understand but hoovering is too heavy for you especially without your walking support. Behave yourself woman.
Yvonne, hope the parents are having a good time, take care of yourself, this latest episode sounds like a bad one. Hope dad has a lovely birthday tomorrow.
Hugs to all, especially our poorly and missing friends, miss you all.

Morning Sue. Just what is needed on this wet grey and cold morning, a lovely delicate sparkling sample. I will admit that the packaging of the vase didn't excite my craft buds but you yourself have in the past told us this very thing, that the die is so much nicer once you've actually seen it properly, so although I don't own it, it's definitely on the list, I try to keep the least expensive as gift ideas and when I can treat myself to dies that are slightly more. I love how it looks I love how it can be used and I'm looking forward to watching your inspiration, I'm also looking forward to owning both the vase and the Queen Anne's Lace. Again, I shall repeat myself in saying I've seen the most beautiful cards made by those that love your dies and I hope to be one of those soon.
Congratulations to DeeDee on your Wednesday win enjoy your special gift.
Sending love n hugs to you Sue and hope your day is a lovely day xxx

Morning Sue. WOW This is a stunning card with just that hint of bling around the edges. The different shades of card look lovely and we all have bits a pieces in our bit boxes. I can see this card made in many colour ways. The Queen Anne Lace flowers and the Hobnail Vase are both gorgeous. I recorded Phil Martins shows a couple of weeks ago when your new frames and tags were the one day special which sold out and he did a couple of demos with your new flower dies as well and they were fantastic. Congratulations to DeeDee on winning Wednesdays fab card. Great video. Have a lovely weekend everyone.
Best Wishes.

Lovely video. It's so nice to watch the confidence you have when placing your strips of card onto the sticky sheet, my hands would be shaking, and I swear my eyes are uneven lol cuz I'd have to keep hoping I'd not placed the strips down too firm as I know my straight lines are so very different to your straight lines lol !! Scraps of card ? Try 3 full large containers to choose from lol xx

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, a beautiful card today and the Queen Anne's lace works so well in the ornate vase, really like this one.

Pam I reiterate all you have said above, I went back and saw Elaine's comments yesterday and also loved the last comment, what a wonderful thing to say. Special hugs to you Elaine, Andrew and Helen xx

Well the M25 yesterday was horrendous as always, it rained very hard too for a little while which didn't help, but cleared up for the funeral, I was told it was at 12:30 we got there an hour early only to find that it was 1:30 so had to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours, it was extremely sad to say a farewell to the last of my Mum's sisters, she was such a lovey lady, she was 91. Met lot's of distant relatives for the first time too, so spent a good few hours reminiscing with them, then had another nightmare journey home, altogether was traveling for over 6 hours, I was exhausted and in a lot of pain from my back through standing and walking, ouch, so went to bed at 8:30, woke a couple of times in the night and finally work at 6:30 this morning, still in some pain but feeling much better.

Off to a little craft market this morning with my friend Gill, then hope to come back for some relaxing time with hubby.

Oh nearly forgot congratulations to Deedee, you are in for a treat when you get your cardxx

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Dear Sue and Everyone Enjoying Their Saturday,

So very pretty! How do you know what colors to put together? These look so nice. I have lots of questions. First, do you emboss the hobnail vase? It sure looks real in white. I remember those from my grandmothers and great aunts but never knew to call it that. Okay, maybe that was my only question.

I still can't find double sided sticky paper, except for the heavy duty kind that can hang onto seed beads, at $4 a sheet. What they have at Staples is just paper for printing stickers, and it's only sticky on one side.

DeeDee, we're all sad it wasn't us but glad it was you who won the card.

Elaine, your last line moved me, too.
Sam Smithard, nice to see you again!
Maureen Killen, sorry I misspelled your name yesterday. Glad you're dancing with the duster.
Patricia, I've been missing your elegant self. Hope you're well.
P in Wales, thanks for telling us about the Yeti-Wellies breakthrough. He'll be a lap cat before you know it.
June Smith, it's scary when the last of our parents' generation goes, because that means we're next. But I would sure take 91.

Love,
Donita

Hello Sue,
A very pretty card! I have the Queen Anne's Lace Dies and they are so detailed and beautiful! They reminded me of my Mum - not a card maker but she made beautiful floral arrangements for Church , Weddings etc! She was very fond of Queen Anne's Lace! I arranged flowers long before I came into card making! I know Maureen loves to arrange flowers too! She has given me some " props!" Margaret too loves her flowers and I was saying earlier today how privileged we are as Crafters to bounce ideas off one another! We learn so much. It's the sensible Myra here just now! I don't have the vase but it looks beautiful! I've even used the Queen Anne's Lace as a background! It's all your fault Sue - you make us look at Dies in different ways! As a background it's lovely too .
I knew the colour of your top before I watched the video - psychic - Non!! Brenda's favourite colour is lilac/ purple! Lol!
Rosemary - so pleased crafting is helping you! We all find it relaxing and support one another! You too have a kind husband!
Sam - welcome back from me too! You are an enormous help from f I forget the name of a Die!! Glad you had a lovely holiday.
June - sorry you had such a difficult day and a painful night . Hope you sleep well tonight!
Yvonne's Dad - Happy Birthday!!! Hope Yvonne is looking after you! Take care of her too!! X
Elaine - hope you enjoyed your pampering today - you deserve it , young lady!
I see Maureen has asked what a " sensible head!" Is! Pat L - Maureen and sensible are sort of like chalk and cheese!! Naughty and nice! - but I do like her!! Ha ha!
Thank you Pam for " trying" to keep us in line !! It isn't easy!
Love to all, Myra xxx

Sam, I'm glad to see you back too, your précis of just what Sue has used is amazing.
Myra, don't go getting all sensible on us, I much prefer the dizzy version!! ( although I do like the sensible version when we're bombing up the motorway!!!)
