Diagonal Tri Gemini Border Card

Hi crafters!  The triple Gemini dies give you so many options for adding beautiful elements to your cards and projects.  Today's video shows you how to add a diagonal border using the Cepheus Triple Gemini die set.

The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

Stunning card, lovely details.
June, how good are you, I can see your halo shining from here . Glad you are feeling more like your old self, or even better.
Elaine, hope Andrew is doing well after marathon treatment, my grandson was impressed with his letter from Moutinho.
Heather, how are you doing after the pleurisy.
Tina, hope Peters review went well, any news on the leg problem.
Lynda, his are you progressing, if you are not resting you will be in bother.
Sharon and daughter, hope you both are feeling better.
Tracey, I think you are doing so well but you must be tired, try to rest when you can. You should have regular little breaks.
My cough will never get better, the damage to my lungs was too much after 2 pneumonia bouts within a year but I manage okay, I'm a tough Colliery lass as my dad used to say.
Hugs to all, it's very cold this morning.

Morning Sue. A bright spring like flower to start our day is always a reason to say "thank you" especially when it's a very cold very frosty windscreen scraping morning ! Which after an awful night with migrain poor Andy has just had to face - if only I could be of some use and help for him poor chap. I can see a beautiful lace fan shaped lace spread over a beautiful blue table cloth edged with a gorgeous flower on today's sample its such a pretty card - the sentiment comes straight back to you of course for brightening our day and for all you do to inspire us.
I have to venture out to collect my new car today and it's not something I'm relishing, I'd much rather stay in the warm where I need to be, so I shall asking my salesman to hear the car up while the paperwork is being done before he has to go through all the inside of the car shpeil they have to do or they'll be picking my fingers up off the forecourt lol.
So take this hug although it's not warmed up too much yet, and take it through your day which I hope is a nice one for you. Didn't John do a grand job showing your Summer collection, ahhh, summer 🌞 xxx

Morning Sue and crafters all,
Lovely card today, what a pretty die this is.
Pam - sosorry your cough will not get better, definitely a candidate for a lung transplant.
June Smith - glad you are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!
Well what a debacle Peter's GP appointment was. When we got in the GP said thought we were doing Home Visits!!!! When I said we had been telephoned to come in for a review! He then produced a document file with a letter in it, asking him to be reviewed after his radiotherapy and to his future care - this letter was dated September 2015.
So no further on, hospital appointment at 9:30 am so let's hope for some news there.
He was sick a few times yesterday - Peter said it was acid!!!!
Love and crafty hugs to all,
Tina T xxxx

Gorgeous card, Sue, love your use of the gemini for the diagonal piece and the touch of bling with the ebony ice and the beautiful iced poppies. Just lovely. Thanks as ever for the video. Pleased to see a matching top - again!
Tina - poor Peter - it really is a disgrace with this constant series of failures.
PP and Laine - howdy! Good to see you both. Laine in fine form but not PP, all this socialising tut tut with a ticking off to come!
Laine, Livvie has been paired up with Tacker new boy, Neenah and Pippin together so two pairs. No, not met main gang yet - still hoping for good homes ha ha!! Keep sitting on those hands re buying dies - BTW how's Mum?
Fluffycat, how's your husband doing, hope for your sake brilliantly? Are you still getting visits from Jay ex-Pippin?
Hugs to all.

Hi Sue, a beautiful and very clever card. The Gemini dies are so adaptable and I like Steph's impression of lace spread over a blue tablecloth. I am usually very good with glitter and CE sparkles but I do get into bother with the ebony ice. Despite copious amounts of anti-static wiping of all surfaces (including me!), on the few occasions that I have used it I have still managed to cover everything in sight lol any tips gratefully received.

'P' - thanks for asking, not much change for my husband at the moment but the physiotherapist came back this morning with an exercise plan tailored to his needs so hopefully we will see some improvement soon; maybe even before she returns next week. I have to take him out tomorrow to be assessed for a Blue Badge. You see so many people abusing the disabled spaces that it may not even make a difference if we get one. Yes, Jay ex-Pippin is still a very regular visitor, still not neutered and still chasing my girls :-). Glad the 3 babies have been paired up, fingers crossed that they can find a furrever home.

Hello Sue,
A really gorgeous card today and I just love how you have used the Gemini Dies! I have watched the video and as always I learned a lot , one thing at the very end which is so simple really but - why didn't I think of it??? It was about cutting another sentiment and laying it on top if we happen to spoil the first one! Top tip! Thank you!
Love this colour combination too and the ribbon is so pretty!
Pam - sorry you are left with a cough! You will just have to take extra care but I'm sure you already do that!
So sorry Peter had a bad day yesterday!

Hi sue and crafters.

Lovely card. So many possibilities. Great video as always xx

Good afternoon lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

What a gorgeous card sample coupled with a very informative video......words can't describe how taken i am with this card, i love everything from the way that you have cut the gemini on the diagonal to the little addition of a strip of ebony ice, a lovely touch. The focal die is stunning and the glossy Thankyou fits perfectly, you would assume that they were designed to go together. Love the glittered poppies with the blue dusk centres. This card incorporates all of the dies harmoniously and the blue dusk/black/white combo is beautiful.....Frances, i too have had my problems with the Ebony Ice, used it over the Starry Background last week and it managed to get all over me, Brodie, my desk, pokey tool(don't ask) and even up the acrylic on my nails which was a real b****r to get back out.....i tried to wash it off my pokey tool and it dropped down the plug hole:-( So now no paper piercing tool which is a nightmare let me tell you, i've sent for a few replacements but none as narrow or pointed than the original. The craft shop i bought it in has now closed and i've searched for a copy online but to no avail, just having to use a thicker replacement because no card is complete without piercing, is it Sue?
Having a card free day to recharge my creative batteries....in truth i slept in and have my bedclothes to iron so no crafting on the agenda today i'm afraid. Managed to survive the temptation of yesterday, up to a point....still bought three cross stitch projects on ebay. I have done about four wild cats featuring lions and tigers in the past that are framed in our hallway and i wanted to do some more to put on an empty wall by the door. I saw a Pollyanna Pickering designed tigers head on black aida with a third off the price so persuaded my Mum that it didn't count as a craft item ie its not a die and i snapped it up. I find cross stitch really relaxing, it keeps my hands busy and out of trouble:-)
P, lovely to hear that the kittens have been paired up but wonder if your hearts really in it when it comes to finding adoptive homes, i know that I couldn't give them away after caring for them for so long but i know that you already have many, how many is still a mystery though, and maybe another four is a step too far for you, its only understandable. Yes, im back with aveagance but i get the unnervey feeling that i'm being stalked by Yvonne, because whenever i comment she appears like a bad smell!:-) xxxx
Theresa, hope you're recovering well after your operationxxx
Frances, how lovely to hear that Jay is still a regular though i'm sure your girls don't appreciate all the attention:-) Good luck with the Blue Badge assessment, they can be so handy i have one and it can be a godsendxxx
June, sending healing hugsxxx
Tina, what a pain that your GP surgery wasted your time, good luck with your hospital appointment though and hope Peter feels better soon.
Yvonne, ive had a quietish day so i suppose i have the necessary stamina needed for a conversation with you tonight, hope your appointment went well, i do hope you remember to wash this time before you go because cleanliness is next to godliness my dear:-)
Hugs to Myra, Maureen, Pam, Pat, Maria, Wheely, Lesley, Norah, Beth, DEb C, Rebecca, Lynda, Lorraine and all my other bestiesxxx
