Festive Collection

Hi bloggers!  Welcome back to the last post for today.  This one is showcasing the other Stained Glass design in this release; the Robin Redbreast Stained Glass die.  Shown here done in vellum, you can already start to see some of the fabulous ways you can use these dies to achieve beautiful looks.  I love that this design isn't specific to Christmas either.  You could use this for so many other occasions as well.  As I do with most of my background sort of designs, there is not an edge cutting line on these, so you can decide just how large or how small you would like to make it.  I have given it a wide border here so I can place mounting foam without it showing (something I love to do with my cards), but if you prefer a much smaller card, you can easily cut the design to your preferred size.  Just leave a comment here on this post and you will automatically be entered into the drawing to win this die set.  So, day one done, do you have a favourite yet??  I would love to know.  Day two starts here bright and early at 6am.  I am looking forward to seeing you back then.  All for now, Sue x

Love the friendly robin and the stained glass also. All your new dies are gorgeous, but I think the first on my priority list would be the Three Wise Men. I love the stained glass look on it too.

Very nice card. Can't wait to get them all. To hard to pick favourite because they honestly are all great designs. I moved from ONTARIO to ALBERTA and I live an hour away from EDMONTON. If there are any Sue Wilson fans in Edmonton I would love to meet up with some fellow card makers. In the area I live there are no scrapbooking clubs or retreats that I have heard about. I would really like to be around people that will help me grow as a card maker and have a common hobby as me so we will have lots to talk about.

Hello Sue, Thank you so much for another beautiful collection of Christmas themed dies. I love the first three stained glass dies and the way in which this has been used in your sample makes me think that my Christmas cards this year (apart from the one's that will be religious themed) will be made using this die. It's lovely. Thank you. Take care. Craft Owl by the Sea, north Norfolk. x

DELIGHTFUL die, SWEET scene and GORGEOUS card!
It has been ever so long since I've seen these beautiful birds in real life. It was a magical time on the farm growing up to spot these amazing birds sitting on the fences, always a sign that warmer weather was on its way ... thank you for the memories :)

Hi, I have bought this die but how do I make the card above. Are there any instructions. I have looked online but no instructions on the vellum and how to create the colour in look.
