Still More Christmas!

Hello everyone!  Winding down from Christmas and on the run up to New Years Eve, I hope everyone is doing well.  We are nearing the end of all the Christmas cards (I can just hear you all begging me to stop this madness, no more Christmas! LOL)  Well this and one more day.  I made a lot of Christmas samples this year, didn't I!  I would like to think that there are few you might like to pin for ideas for next year!  I hope to see you again tomorrow for the last day of Christmas in 2014!  All for now, Sue x

There isnt one of us that is moaning or groaning about your festive card selection ! Your work is our addiction no matter what subject you show us, so just keep em coming for as long as you have Christmas cards, we'll keep getting ideas : )
I think the last one today is my fav, but the Joy card looks so clever.
I didnt get chance to play yesterday, but once I get enough feeling in my fingers I shall be off into my den.
Should any of our friends be out n about today wrap up warm or you'll freeze to the spot !
Whatever your day brings, enjoy. Stay warm and safe but most of all, stay as happy as you can.

GM Sue - love the first one the most but love them all! Yes we are enjoying a few days of normality here before the NY - starting get the urge to craft having not done so for several days - perhaps I'll will have a quick play later - that might do the trick for a bit I am thinking! This cold is back with a vengeance - it just wont go away it seems - but hubby hasn't caught it still - so very odd - I know of other couples, one of whom has escaped it, so we are not alone it seems - stay safe n warm folks

Hi Sue and all the crew!!

A lovely selection today and a couple that I will definitely have a go at making... not at all, all your cards are great whatever the occasion or theme, I am just glad of the inspiration. Sometimes I can sit for an hour and not make anything and other times I can make 3 or 4...

Well have a great day and wrap up if venturing out its cold and frosty here but thankfully no snow.

I am so glad I got to travel north and get back before the snow settled...

Have a great day.

Gail, I had the same problem but found I could pin from the Web version ( written in red at the bottom after you have commented) I'm not very good at explaining but hope that helps.
Still have all the family here but I need to escape to the craft room as I have an Anniversary card to make ( good excuse to play )!
Love and Hugs to all xo

Just keep them coming Sue, I have so many ideas for next year's cards and I always try to start them just after the New Year and then store them so safely I can't find them and have to start all over again. I must have the biggest Borrowers community living in my house!
Still it does mean I have a chance to try out some of your new ideas. So it does work out somehow.
All is quiet now in my home, tidying up done and everybody has gone until the New Year. Which we as a village celebrate with a charity football Match at 12 o'clock New Year's day. We have been supporting the Children's Hospice South west for a number of years now, but last year they did me the honour of holding it also in memory of my beloved Pete and raised £500 for his chosen charity The Cardiomyopathy Association. Since 1987 when Pete and I met, and then married in 1988, he had never missed a match either as a player, official or in his later years, as a spectator. What a tribute that was for our family. This year our grandson Joseph will be going onto the pitch with the players and tossing the coin. He is so proud that he has been asked to do it.
Many, many comfort blankets hugs to you all for reading my little stories and giving me so much encouragement during my cancer treatments with your lovely kind comments over the last year or so. I feel you are all part of my family even though we have never met in person.
May you all have good health prosperity and peace in the coming year.
Love & hugs, Cheryl xxx

Hi Sue

Nope, still not bored, just grateful! To pick a favourite I'd have to look again (not easy as if I scroll up I accidentally change pages... thank you Google!). I hope the weather is nice for you, as I heard there are places in the US that are under a pile of snow. Don't have that problem here in Suffolk today, blue skies, wispy clouds and colder outside than it looks inside! I shall be wrapping up warm when we go out later! Feel very tired and drowsy today but need to keep going, only crafting I shall be doing is mounting a photo in a frame to give to my family who I see later and to mount some photos to give to friends tomorrow. We shall be home by 8 - 9pm so another early night for me. Just need my body to "get through" 2-3hrs tomorrow of visitors sounds awful, like I don't want visitors, but it's been a long week. Tuesday is a bed day for recovery and if I need Wednesday too I shall take it. Trying to tidy my craft half-a- room of gift wrap as I go so soon as its all over and I've had a rest I can get in and play.

Welcome Margaret Harrison, this is a lovely blog to be a part of. It's made a real difference to me, not just for my crafting! But also having a place to connect with like minded people.

Norah, thinking of you and of our other missing friends. Hugs and hoping things get better for you xxx

Doing this now rather than the new year, as if I'm tired now with two more lots of people to see in the next two days I don't know how tired/sore I will be and don't want to forget to say it.

Extra special hugs for all those people that who have given me a lift during my harder times this year, Especially just after I'd been hospital in the summer and at the time it became apparent the procedure hadn't helped, and those who I have had advice from or 'interacted' with. Myra, Maria, Yorkielass June, Lynda, Steph, Pam, Norah, Alimecca, Ida, Sandra, Janet Ecco, Lindsay, Gail, Brenda, Lynn, Mrs B- there were so many who have cheered me up when things went awry if I forgot to list you I'm sorry, I have a poor memory! Special hugs also to the Wilsonettes who don't live in the UK, I love that crafting is such an international language, special hugs also to Sam Smithard, who's post everyday sum up Sue's cards perfectly, special healing hugs to those Wilsonettes who are in any type pain, ill, in treatment or recovery, wishing you a more comfortable 2015 and Wheely big hugs to all you other Wilsonettes up and down the UK. Hugs and continued hope for Robbie, Sarah, baby Leo and other loved ones who e have hope and prayed for. Now, last but not at all least, love and big hugs for Sue, who continually suprises us with her cards and dies and especially for bringing us all together. Happy new year and best wishes to all of you and your families.

Hi Sue and blog friends

Yet another day of stunning Christmas cards, and still looking forward to more, please just keep them coming.

Pam, I forgot to say a few days ago, reading about Robbie's progress. I think he is one of the most inspirational people I have come to read about. when you think where he started after that horrendous accident to where that courageous young man has come it is absolutely wonderful, and long may it continue.

kind regards to all:-)
Stay safe and warm.

I love all of your creations. Some of course more than others but they are all inspiring. I check your site every day to see what you have done. I do wonder brand of embossing folders you use. In particular, the holly one used in the last couple of Christmas cards.
