Hi crafters! Welcome back for the last post of today. This post will be featuring the Bold Snowflake Frame and the Snowflake Filigree Frame die sets. Shown here, the Bold Snowflake frame features an inner circular die which has random piercings filling in the background and a single snowflake which cuts out to give a beautiful leftover negative design. As you can see from the sample shown, it can also be used to create a pretty background for your projects too. The Snowflake Filigree frame has been designed with simple snowflakes peeking out from the edges. It could easily be used year round too as it is not an overwhelming Christmas design, so there is loads of versatility to this one. If you like the look of either of these, it is simple, just leave a comment on the blog. The directions are on the right hand side of the blog. Lovely card, so classy in pale blue and white. Both very nice dies, the snowflake with the dots around is fabulous and yes, I can see both frames being used all year round.
I'm ready for a snooze, just had a huge dinner! Heat not helping, It's very hot in here, 25°c indoors with windows open and fan going, really has been sunny Suffolk today. Billy OK though, wet bandana and a cool mat. Gosh, I can't stop yawning! Should sleep well tonight.

Hi Sue. Yes you have guessed it, another WOW, WOW, WOW card !!! Sue, this card is just stunning !!! I got a bit muddled with my previous post as I said I really love the snowflake frame. Well I meant the snowflake frame from this die set !!! Big apologies as I am very fatigued at the moment and not thinking straight. I do really love the amazing centre snowflake die from this set that has the pierced holes as its background. I think it is a wonderful idea, and as this background shows, it is really a very pretty die !!! As I said previously the frame from the same set is beautiful to. I think it is a truly lovely set. I am loving the white and the particular shade of blue that you have used for this card Sue. The other set, the filigree snowflake die looks equally beautiful to. I had assumed that since I had welcomed the snowflake inspired dies from last year into my collection that I wouldn't then need to purchase anymore from this launch...ha! How wrong was I?....these two frames are so superbly scrumptious that I am powerless to resist their appeal. Your card really shows this die off to its best advantage and yes, I can see it's usefulness throughout the year. What a very clever background effect, just love the pinpoint detail around the snowflake negatives, ingenious!

As you point out the Bold Snowflake frame can be used all year. I like the idea of being able to cut a negative snowflake. I agree with others you don't make it easy for those of limited buying power. How to chose?

I really like both of these dies. As you say they are very versatile and could be used all year round. I love the snowflake background and can imagine it would be stunning in darker colours. Thanks for sharing.

What a useful die the bold snowflake frame is! Not only a frame but also able to provide the background too, and what a beautiful card. I've said it before a number of times and no doubt I will continue to say it many times, you have such an imagination and so much talent!
