Festive Collection 2016 Blog Launch Day One 6am

Hi crafters!  I am very excited to welcome you to the blog launch of my 2016 Festive Collection Die range release.  I love designing the Christmas dies, and I love using them even more!  I hope that you will love them too.  As always, I will be giving away one of each of the new releases and this is the largest collection to date with 40 dies (so loads of chances to win one!)  We have five days ahead of us with four blog posts each day, at 6am, 12 noon, 3pm and 6pm each day.  I know that I say this every time, but for any new comers, you will be entered into the drawing to win the dies that are featured in the blog post by just leaving a comment on that post.  Please only one comment per post, but please feel free to comment on each and every post (why not increase your odds at winning a die!)  I ask only that you sign your name in such a way as there is no confusion when the names are drawn.  Use an alias or sign your name with an initial or number or even the city you live in!  Be creative please.  There are directions on the right hand side of the blog if you are unsure how to leave a comment.  Just remember, if you use the "anonymous" button, your name will not appear, you will have to include it in the comment section.  The drawings for the dies will be done and announced on Monday July 4th!
Now that the rules are out of the way, a bit about the first two dies.  Up on offer here first are the 2016 Christmas Angel (shown in the sample) and the Illuminated Angel Mini Striplet die.  Both dies are beautifully detailed but so easy to use and cut!  I have designed an angel every year and they are always a limited edition and once it is sold out, they are no longer available.  While I don't have a sample of the angel striplet to show during the launch, I promise to put one up on the blog shortly after the blog launch is complete.  Leave a comment to be entered into the drawing to win either of these dies and join us back here at 12 noon for the next post!  All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue.
Good luck on the festive launch although you don't need it, the pre sale orders already prove they are a success. From what I've seen there will be several added to my 'Need List' and I'm so looking forward to your days of inspiration. We start out very long drive to Padstow later this morning with a hotel stop over tonight before the second half of the journey tomorrow, it's so frustrating spending money on over night stays when I know what we've payed for 2 night's - another stay over on our return journey back would have paid for the whole collection !!! So I will be saving madly again on our return. Holiday v dies ? I know what will last longer !
Hope there is WiFi on our first stop over so I can play catch up or I will be fed up lol.

Have a great day Sue, sending hugs your way xx

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, oh what a fantastic compilation of dies and stamps you have created for Christmas 2016, and the Angel (yes my favourite) is superb and to have an angel striplet is also new I think (correct me if I am wrong), am looking forward to seeing the samples using the striplet.

Well it is a momentous day for the UK today for the referendum but also for your release, both of which have been eagerly awaited.

Tina and Mick, hope baby girl arrived safely and all is well.
Elaine and Andrew, Norah, Tracey and Dad and anyone and everyone who needs support and hugs.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

I'm going to apologise upfront because I don't want to offend anyone, but I find it very difficult to keep up with everyone's news during Sue's launches as there's so many posts, so I'm sorry if I miss some important news. Hugs to all. Sue xxx

Having a special Angel die each season is a great concept, my particular favourite is last years but this little beauty is fighting for that position as we speak. Love the striplet, a nice partner to last years three wise men die. Waiting with bated breath for our next instalment.

Hi Sue

What a lovely surprise! I had forgot about the launch today as I was at the dentist yesterday so couldn't visit. I think these lovely angels could be used for many occasions and reasons. Christenings, confirmation, sympathy or a card to cheer someone having a bad time. Maybe even turn them into fairies??? The striplet would make a lovely bookmark if backed. Thinking of my aunt for her Bible there. As usual a myriad of uses.

Will say hello to my friends in a later post.

Hugs to you Sue, hope all is well.

Good afternoon Sue and the Wilsonettes,
Oh Sue, I love your angels and this years little miracle is the one thing that I will make every effort to get as I just love them. Sorry Sue it's a rough day as I've been up since 03:00 this morning as Harry had his inoculations yesterday, 4 of them 2 in each leg so I'm really tired, so forgive the briefness of the messages today. Thank you flower for the extreme kindness that you give each week but especially when you bring out the collections and give and bring so much excitement and happiness,
Love and crafty hugs
Norah ( glenochil)

Hi Sue, I love your Christmas angels and this one is my new favourite. I think it is because of her simplicity and her flowing gown. Can't wait to see what else you have in this collection.

So far we've only seen two of the new launch dies of your Christmas collection Sue, and I am already fired up about the festive season. I just love the striplet die, I can see it making beautiful meaningful cards on it's own. As always the angel this year is stunning. Can't wait to see the next 38 dies - we are so spoilt.

Little time these days for what I'd want to do, but have been anxiously awaiting your release of these dies. I've already pre-ordered a few, and am hoping they get here soon. It will be a while before I can play with them, but I'm sure, like everyone, it's a joy to just look and admire them, too.
Really miss keeping up with all the happenings. Trying to help with the 5 grandkids this summer, while Greg recovers from his surgery. He starts radiation as soon as they feel he has healed enough internally. It has been a very life altering situation for us all, but having faith God is still in control.
Trying to follow all the news. May God give His blessing on your country, we pray for the very best for all of you. Please pray for our nation as well.
