Hi crafters! I was having a bit of fun playing with the 3D Arched Window/Door set here. I love it when you can make more than one thing with a set and this one is a great case in point. I decided to make a front door scene for this card. I started with a piece of coconut white card and embossed the Stone mask into the background. Once embossed, I very lightly inked over the mask with Pumice Stone Distress ink, just enough to take the white off the stones. I cut the Arched Window/Door die including the top arched area in white card. I added a velum backing to it to give a softer look. I added my mounting foam in thin strips behind the frame and added it to the centre of the card. I cut a piece of white card and inked it a bit heavier with Pumice Stone to look like a front door step. I used the topiary trees from the 3D Window box accessories set and made two out of white card. I inked the top with Forest Moss and the stem and pot with Brushed Corduroy ink and attached them on either side of the door. Lastly I cut the Spring Foliage die out of green card (from my stash) and added some small pink flowers and attached it so it was overhanging the door area. The card was completed with white and grey mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 7 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Happy Friday Sue, and a beautiful card to start the day, love it. Looks like where I want to live.
Pat, so glad your husband had a twofer op, all dealt with and one recovery. Hope he is recovering well and you have him home soon.
Sharon, hope you are feeling a little better today, have you had any more updates from hospital.
Elaine, it's good that they are trying everything so that Andrew gets his treatments, so important fir him to know they are fighting fir him.
Hope you are well. Hugs to you all.
It's lovely to hear of you all meeting up at the craft venues, wish I could get there but too far.
Donita, thinking of you, it's never easy ending a long term relationship but it will get better, there is someone out there for you.
Work seems to have swept it all under the carpet. They still haven't handed over the risk assessment, they have 20 days to review my health form and 2 days ago, the guy responsible came up to move more cabinets. My manager went over to him and they left it till I finished work, when I went back in yesterday, they had moved some cabinets back to where they were Duhhhh.
Hugs to all particularly missing, poorly and downhearted friends. Hugs for all carers too.
Lovely card Sue.
Morning Sue.
Thank you a beautiful card.
Take care and have fun Kitty.
Good morning Sue, yes I could definitely live there!!! No problem at all : )
Have a good one!!!

Hi Sue beautiful card.
Barbara V
Happy Friday Sue. You love that you can do more than one thing with a set of dies (unlike many companies that make an expensive die for single purpose only) and we love what you love and do with your dies. Every morning its a beautiful surprise as to what we will see in front of us and we're never disappointed. I'd love to be able to peek behind the front door, I bet the decor and cleanliness is second to none lol my mum always use to say "you can get a good idea of the inside by the look of the outside" so a beautiful front door and luscious inviting floral display tells me this is a beautiful home, or would be if I got out of my imaginary head lol. I was lucky to have this collection for Christmas but ashamed to admit I've not used them yet, I promise to use them weekend and give them their first outing at market next month ☺
So I'll send sunny love n hugs to you to start your day as you've started mine with a smile as you usually do - thank you xxx
I have a 'thing' for windows and doors, so I am just in love with this card! Looks so fun to make too!
Lovely card today

Thanks for another wonderful card. I love the soft colours on this one.
Great card, Sue, like all the little extra touches of shading that bring depth to the 'scene'. Wish my front door was as smart.
Donita - my life is full of escapees too (of all sorts), love wild flowers. Had to look up myrtle - nice. Hope things are better for you soon, such a shame to lose a potential MIL who loved your cards so much!
Pam, WOT? Such a crazy place to work in. All well said again, hanging on to your words.
Hugs to all. Esp Laine.

Such a lovely card - perfect for a "new home" as well as birthdays. This time of the morning doesn't normally exist for me but my daughter-in-law started labour pains early and we had a call just before 5 a.m. to go over to look after our little grandson while she went into hospital to give birth. Our new grandson will be with us soon!

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a wonderful card today, I love the brickwork in the background, I will have to keep my eye out for that mask.
Pam I reiterate everything you have said, what on earth are the playing at where you work, there is obviously a big problem there, keep your chin up hugs xx
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs June Smith xxx
Good morning Sue. Lovely card, it's great when you show how to use a die in a different way.
Pam, hope that you're keeping the union up to date with what's happening, your bosses really shouldn't be moving more things around until they have made sure that it won't affect people's health. I'll echo the rest of your comments. Hugs to all. Sue xxx

Beautiful card this morning. I would love to live there! This would make a lovely new home card or Christmas card with holly as well as birthday cards- very versatile.
Pam, your bosses don't seem to learn do they? Normally it's OTT health and safety - this seems to be the opposite!
Love and hugs to all, Alison xxx

Hi Sue, what a lovely card this is, the little flowers are gorgeous x
Just right for a new home card Sue love from Jackie xx
Hi Sue, i love this card and I love playing with all the dies in these sets, they are my most favourite dies at the moment along with the garden shadow box, you can do so much with them but I still need your inspiration to get me going :-)
Pat - happy for your husband that he had a 2 for 1 operation and hope that his recovery goes from strength to strength.
Pam - words fail me but at least your manager was on the ball.
'P' - we all know what type of escapees you have lol My mum's name was Myrtle and she was as lovely as the plant.
Thinking of all our missing and poorly friends on this gloriously sunny day, hope you all feel better for some sunshine.
Frances
Hi Sue,
A lovely elegant card.
Thank you for sharing.
Véronique L
Dear Sue and Huggable Heroes,
Amazing the different looks with the Arched Door/Window. The Posh door was shiny black. This one's white and vellum with a flowering tree. It could easily have a wreath with baubles that are fall-away bits from the Atlantic Ocean Background. (Is that what you mean by C........s?)
Pam, you're smarter than all your bosses, and they probably know it, which is why they're keeping quiet.
Doreen R, congratulations on your new grandson. Pat L, I'm so glad your husband got his hip squared away.
I did have a good day Thursday, and just one more work day and one more big story to write before a three-day weekend. And after that, the big boss who proved himself sadistic will be retired. I'll be humming the Country music refrain: Thank God and Greyhound, he's gone.!"
Thank you for the healing hugs,
Love,
Donita
Hi sue. And crafters.
Awwww what a cute wee card this morning love it x
Hi Sue
Lovely card so pretty the flowers over hanging the front door.
Hugs to all
Annx without an "e"
Morning, Sue, what a lovely pretty card. These dies are so versatile and will lend themselves oo so many occasions, including festive ones. (far too early for me to think of that, LOL!!) The door makes you want to open it to see inside the house! I haven't got these dies, but like many others, they are on my list. Thanks for the inspiration, as ever. x
Good morning Sue the beautiful flowers that make up the happy band of Wilsonettes,
This would make a lovely new home card or house warming card and just how nice is that brick embossing showing up, it looks like it has been done by a folder not a mask. Now Sue flower, although i don't own any of your dies that look like today's card, i do have SB ones off a window/door that i could use, so that could still be a possibility and i do have the leafy branch and tiny's that you have so i can still do a Sue impression just with a twist, lol. The card reminds me off those posh crescents of houses like in Bath or Edinburgh that are all white stone with the little wrought iron railings for fences at the front of their properties. London's posh part would probably have these type of houses as well but this is just what my mind sees when looking at today's piece of joy. Thank you flower for continuing to inspire us all with your daily crafty wander.
Oh what a gorgeous day it is and O.H. is waiting for the big play center that he has bought teeny tiny for his birthday next month, a swings/chute/rocker combination that is going out our back garden for him to play on. Now i got last year in the sale a big pool with the canopy and electric pump for him when i was getting 75% off it and that is what teeny was getting for his birthday from us, but obviously this wasn't enough from us by O.H's reckoning and he needed more(his other grandparents can afford the best of everything for him at any time, so i am not even going to try and compete). I remember when kids were happy with wee paddling pools and a wee chute or a swing, they didn't need to have the biggest and best that there was. I remember my big cousin making me a swing out of a piece of wood that he sanded and 4 holes where he threaded the thick rope through and knotted on the bottom. When we were getting too big with our feet trailing on the ground we just turned it up on it'self a few times to take us up a bit until either big cousin came back to reknot the ropes or dad did it on the Sunday when he was off some times.
Pat flower, it's so good to read that your poor hubby has finally been sorted in his twofer op because even with pain killers, the poor man would be so sore. The quicker they get back on their feet, the quicker and better a recovery that they make, so sending him hugs down in the hope that he is only going forward from now on.
Pam, talk about giving jobs to the boys for nothing...gee whizz why move them to move them back to the same spot and a bet they didn't dust or wash is down while they had them out of the way. Glad though to see that your EO has some common sense even if it is lacking in other parts of the business. Has your building escalated up to critical level as well? I think the C?A that i was in will be on critical level as there was over 2000 staff within a very small area. I hope that you are keeping a bit better now anyway flower and that their tomfoolery with the shifting there and back again hasn't gone right to your breathing system again.
Crafty Cruiser, oh i hope that your poor DIL has had your little bundle of joy by now and that a certain "big" brother is just that...big brother to his baby brother.
Sending you hugs Donita, but flower just because you are no longer engaged to that lady's son, you are still friends with him and his lovely mum and i'm quite sure she will still love your cards. Things will get easier flower, just one step at a time, the right person is there, you just haven't discovered them yet.x
Well it's an absolutely glorious day up here at Glenochil and i so wish that there is more people being able to enjoy days like this. I am sending hugs to all

Hi Sue,
Lovely card, and loving your shading, too. Only one thing missing - the cat :-)
Hugs, Rose
Thank you... love these ideas... off to try...
Love the fresh feeling of this card.
Rosemary xx
You are so clever when designing your die sets so they can get more than one design out of them by adding more or nipping away a piece here and there. As a card making crafter, I certainly benefit from you coming up with the extra designs from one set. Thank you. Today's card is so clean and sleek and lovely. The only thing I would add would be a red lettered "Welcome" mat on the door step. I'M HOME!
fantastic design and gorgeous Sue

Hi Sue
Absolutely gorgeous card :)
June x
This is so pretty! Restful and lovely! As I am looking at it I am thinking that the topiiaries could also be used as an ice cream 🍦! With pink for strawberry or.blue for blueberry it would make a greT Summer card! TFS!
Hello Sue,
Such a beautiful card today and what clever use of all the dies. I'd like to be invited to that house!
Pam, what are they playing at? I think they are running scared, that's why nothing further has been said and the moving of files was delayed. It's typical that some have been put back to their original position - Brain of Britain is definitely not employed there!!!
Elaine, thinking of you all.
Pat L, glad everything is done and hope your husband is home this weekend. Congratulations on winning 1st prize - clever clogs ha ha. I saw the Torturer for the first time yesterday (the physio) and am now the proud owner of an arm crutch, as well as 2 indoor zimmers and my wheelie for outside. My biggest problem is knowing which to use ha ha.
Laine hope you are feeling better.
PP hope you are picking up.
Donita, it's lovely that you are still friends with your ex and his family.
Sharon, hope you feel better soon.
