I love this one and think it will set the tone for some fabulous Christmas cards. It is quite focal, but can still be used simply as the sentiment inside of a card as well. I think this die is so fantastic, I love all the swirls and snowflakes around the words, so clever. The card is superb, I hope my cards turn out as half as good as yours, and I'll be happy. Yes, I love this die as a focal point especially atop the beautiful embossing. Snowflakes are the perfect embellishments.

I really like this die. Within my family/ friends circle I have people of all faiths and beliefs so I like to make cards to reflect the season rather than outright Christmas! I agree with Sam Smithard that blues/ whites make stunning seasonal cards. Can't wait for rest but posting times may be a little odd.

Norah, hope you feel better now and you're not badly burnt. I drink my coffee very milky as I can't have foid or drink at jormal temperature. Saved my skin many times but I have coffee stains on so many pyjamas! Seriously though I hope you're ok. Hugs for you and Rory (one oc my favourite names. I'm a massive Rory Gallagher fan)
I got my GC and my extra plates today. So happy! Chose my first A4 E.F to. Went for 'quilted flowers' courtesy of Julia Watts' Amazon shop. She always dispatches quickly so I should have it in a day or two.
Billy is not happy. At all. The contractors are here putting up scaffolding. I had to put his thunder shirt on as he was going crazy with them going round the outside of the house. He's trained to alert me if someone is there/ at the door and he can't work out why it's all happening. A brief respite while they eat lunch but I can tell he's still upset as he's panting a lot and whinging. My left hand is scratching his neck to try calm him. Dog pheromone only taking edge off so I'll take him out once meds have kicked in. Having said that he's on his bed now. My best friend is popping in at 4. Her mum still lives in Suffolk but she lives in Hertfordshire. She's visiting her mum so she's driving down from north Suffolk to visit me. Be lovely to see her. She's not crafty but we are very alike in many ways(people used to think we were sisters at sixth form! I was a lot slimmer and a lot more mobile then!). She has a dog to so Billy will have a playmate. Hopefully the scaffolders will be gone and they can play in the garden. Think Billy has whinged himself to sleep so time to get ready so when they start again I can take him out in the powerchair. Whats odd is we are so alike and her husband and Mr. W are so alike, they even have similar physical traits too. Hilarious and we always have someone to moan to as the other always understands!
Right must go to see other posts before these workmen come back.

I bought a Sizzlits let it snow many years ago and was upset when it got misplaced but this far,far outshines the one I had.

Another wonderful die and card. I only lasted 15 minutes in work today and had to come home and went straight back to bed not long up but I wanted to see the latest die. This is my favourite! My sister and I have sent each other Let it Snow cards at Christmas for as long as I can remember (trying to recapture our misspent youth I suspect!!) so I preordered this one and have attacked the postman for the last two mornings waiting for it to be delivered. And that was before I saw how stunning it was when made into a card!!
