Hello bloggers! I thought I would sneak in another Christmas Angel card (I made loads of them!) I started with the
Jewelled Background die and cut it out of white card. I added it to another piece of white card with a
sticky adhesive sheet attached. I peeled the backing paper off then attached the die cut on top and used
Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz on the remaining exposed adhesive. Next I used the
Jewelled Edger set and cut away the two swirly side areas. I added mounting foam to the back of them, then attached them to a piece of
Duck Egg Blue card. Next I cut the
Christmas Angel 2020 twice, once out of white card and once out of Antique Silver card. I cut away the dress from the silver card and attached it to the white card. I used
Distress inks to shade her and colour her hair. I cut the wings out of silver card and added pearls, then attached them to the angel and seated her in between the side borders with foam. I used the snowflakes from the angel set and added a few around her. The
Merriest Christmas Wishes was cut out of silver and white card. I used the silver as a shadow behind, then glued it to the top centre of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 9" in size. All for now. Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, lovely to see a sneaked in post ha ha, and what a beauty it is too, I love the Angel this year, so versatile can be used for so much and the separate elements to the die set means that you can use the other bits for other creations, the wings for example.

What a lovely card this is and I do have this die which I have not yet used. I should maybe take a break from trying to get my craft room in some kind of order and take inspiration while it's still hot. lol

I do have this lovely angel and she looks quite in place on this card. I have not made a Christmas card one as yet. I may start soon just for this year since I am staying in all summer.When my kids were little I did a lot of baking & decorating leading up to Christmas but now my Christmas preparation is card making so October/November is my norm.

Oh for goodnight sake lol this sample didn't even catch my eye lol when everyone was talking about two samples I thought they meant both on one post not two separate posts lol. I really need some kind of help, I'm getting more stupid and thick with each month that passes, I never use to be like this ! After all this Angeles aren't my cuppa tea I'm afraid, but there are many that love them we can't all be the same and love the same things xxx
