Get Well

Hello crafters!  I started today's card by embossing a piece of white card with the Coffee Bean Flower embossing folder.  I cut the card diagonally and glued it to another piece of white card.  Next I covered a piece of card with a sticky adhesive sheet, then coated it with Purple Dawn Aurora Flakes.  I used a piece of Rubit Scrubit Pad to refine and remove the excess flakes.  Using the Double Stitched Oval die set, I cut a wide oval frame out of the Aurora Flake piece.  I added mounting foam to the back to raise it, then seated it in the centre of the card.  I cut the Decorative Flag die in white and attached it across the centre of the frame.   I cut the Get Well sentiment out of the leftover Aurora Flake card and glued it to the flag die.  Using the Striped Nasturtiums die set, I created three different sized flowers using the just the striped dies in the set. I seated them around the oval and added leaves cut from the Lace Edged Leaves die set.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  7 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

What a beautiful piece of inspiration this Saturday. I love the folder you used Sue. I've often thought that I'd like to partially emboss the cardstock but not sure how I'd hide the edging line etc plus your embossing looks like it's graduated - how, I'd love to know your method Sue, how about designing folders that are plain one end and patterned the other or like it looks here, that you have a 'climbing' pattern on the left leaving a plain and clean looking classie side where we can place your noble dies or expression dies for a CAS card, I quite like that idea. I've made so many CAS 7x7 or smaller 'thinking of you' cards with your expression dies and sent them to market customers and neighbours during the early part of lockdown, they are the most useful dies I have at the moment, words seem stronger these days so thank you for such lovely designs that say and mean SO much especially during these uncertain times xxxxx

Good Morning Sue and all.
I really wanted to stay in bed this morning instead of getting up to this miserable dreary, wet grey day.
It's amazing that as soon as my head tells me that you will be here on my PC I spring/crawl out of bed and the day starts.
Today's card is lovely as always and different from the usual, although for me personally I absolutely love the blue and white, I wonder sometimes how many shades of blue there are.
I hope your weather is better than mine..
Hugs.

Hi Sue. Such a delightful card today. I love how the frame decorated with the aurora flakes really pops against all the white and also how you have used the embossing folder diagonally over the background which adds even more interest.

This is so pretty. I have a love/hate relationship with gilding flakes but I see your cards and I am so tempted to pull mine out. I even have some of the Aurora flakes which I have not used. I am admitting, shameful.
Everybody, have a fun Saturday doing something enjoyable,

WHAT A GREAT MIRACLE THAT I HAVE EVER SEE IN MY LIFE. My names are Clara David I’m a citizen of USA, My younger sister was sicking of breast cancer and her name is Sandra David I and my family have taking her to all kind of hospital in USA still yet no good result. I decided to search for cancer cure so that was how I found a lady called Peter Lizzy. She was testifying  to the world about the goodness of a herbal man who has the roots and herbs to cure all kinds of disease and the herbal man's email was there. So I decided to contact the herbal man @herbalist_sakura for my younger sister's help to cure her breast cancer. I contacted him and told him my problem he told me that I should not worry that my sister cancer will be cure, he told me that there is a medicine that he is going to give me that I will cook it and give it to my sister to drink for one week, so I ask how can I receive the cure that I am in USA, he told me That I will pay for the delivery service. The courier service can transport it to me so he told me the amount I will pay, so my dad paid for the delivery fee. two days later I receive the cure from the courier service so I used it as the herbal man instructed me to, before the week complete my sister cancer was healed and it was like a dream to me not knowing that it was physical I and my family were very happy about the miracle of Doctor so my dad wanted to pay him 5 million us dollars the herbal man did not accept the offer from my dad, but I don't know why he didn't accept the offer, he only say that I should tell the world about him and his miracle he perform so am now here to tell the world about him if you or your relative is having any kind of disease that you can't get from the hospital please contact dr.sakuraspellalter@gmail.com or whats app him +2348110114739  you can follow him up on Instagram @herbalist_sakura for the cure, he will help you out with the problem.
