Snowflake Sparkle Card

Hi crafters!  Today's video card uses the Bold Snowflake Flurry.  It shows you how to use all the pieces together to create a bold snowflake statement on your card.

The finished dimensions are 7" x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

Myra, so glad Emily is doing well, she is a very brave little girl. Thank the Lord for that doctors actions.
Pat, your Sarah is such a little star, she never complains, glad she is happy with the new chair.
Elaine, how lovely that Andrew and Daniel had some man time together.
Tina and Peter, hope all went well at hospital.
Tina and Mick, you are in my thoughts.
Bejay, leave the dog alone, hope both of your heads are feeling better.
June, such a tense time for you, try not to worry you will be fine. Work is going well. We are always changing the type of work we do so there was nothing new.
Tracey, have a great time at Craftworld, your Graeme is such a keeper.

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, wow Sue what have you given us today, this is super duper, I am going to watch the video in a minute when hubby brings my breakfast but I really like it. When I first looked at the picture I thought you had done the background using the dotted mask and sparkle texture paste then I saw the close up and realised it was an embossing folder...........now that is an idea - might get to have a play later.

My order for your new Poinsettia Frame and Wintery Frame embossing folders arrived yesterday so I am going to have a play with them later.

Pam, pleased work is going well, yes still nervous but that is natural so I won't dwell on it, however I have got a cold today, I think it is because of the flu jab I had last Friday, I am just hoping it has cleared up by next week otherwise they will not do the surgery.

Myra I was so pleased to ready about Emily, yes as Pam says a very brave little girl, and you will always be indebted to the wonderful Doctors who saved her, sending her special hugs.

Pat, Sarah being happy with the white chair is good news, I have never seen a white one myself so she is unique and very special. I would still add a little bit of bling haha xx

Sending special hugs to Elaine, Andrew, Tina, Peter, Tina Mick, Bejay, Tracey, Lorraine, Laine and anyone else I have forgotten. xx

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hi Sue, wow that was an unexpected double this morning, a great video showing a beautiful card, love the background, and then the silver and sparkly white snowflake card in the pics. This has given me an idea for some special Christmas cards, that I have been dithering over the design for. Have a great day. Bx

Morning Sue. A beautiful festive card today full of sparkle, just what a festive card needs, snowflakes and sparkle, will hook up with your tutorial later and look forward to gaining more inspiration. Will be putting the little boys first birthday card together later today, the woman that ordered it loves the little stitched elephants that swing from the frame so if she's happy, then I'm happy 😊
Hoping your family and friends in Florida stay safe Sue, must be a worrying time for you watching the weather news, that satalite picture they showed earlier was nothing more than creepy !
Sending extra big hugs today xxx

Good morning Sue and crafters all,
Beautiful card today, just love all the snowflake dies, simple but striking!!!!
Thank you Sue my Wednesday give away arrived yesterday lovely stamps.
Well what a day yesterday!!! Peter and I got to the hospital for 9:00am as per his letter!!!
When we arrived the staff nurse said your late! should have been here for 8:00 so was told that the letter said 9:00, anyway he had bloods taken and antibiotics given via IV.
Went to Radiology to have what he thought was a Nephrectomy tube change as per the letter, it had been decided by the powers above to put on a stent, which meant a catheter told them NO, didn't want that , so they changed the tube. No ill effects ! so home for 12 o'clock.
Pam glad you have settled back into routine.
June Smith - well you will be ticking the days off all will be ok.
Love and crafty hugs to all,
Tina T xxxxx

Beautiful card, Sue, icy with cool colours! Lots of great tips, thank you for the video.
Lorraine and Laine - hope you're both better soon. Laine and Fluffycat, yes to pets for therapy - always take a cat to see my friend, she had to give up hers to go into a nursing home (before I knew her) and it broke her heart, since when she's had a stroke and doesn't worry any more - so sad.
Myra from Florida - good news about Emily, well wishes for a total recovery.
Hugs to all.

Hello Sue,
Pretty, clean card today. I really like it.
Maria, your pretty little face would be a most welcome change from the others if you decide to gate crash (but don't tell them that I said that!!!)
Tina T, good for you on sticking to your guns and glad that you weren't in the hospital all day.
Elaine, hope Andrew's needlethingy change goes well!
Tina thinking about you and Mick.
Laine, thinking about you.
Pat L, I'm so pleased that Sarah is happy her chair.
June Smith, try not to worry - easy for me to say I know.
After being told by one member of staff that I didn't need the other cataract removing from my left eye, after the optician and other hospital staff told me that I did, and after I've ordered two pairs of new spectacles, I received a phone call from the Hospital to say that the disparity between the eyes is so great that I should have the second op!!! Wish they'd told me sooner and I'd have saved some money to spend in Carlisle - never mind eh!
Love to all in pain xx

Hi Sue, a beautiful card and the one on the video equally so. I do love Christmas as it gives me an excuse to add bling to almost everything :-) but both of these cards are elegant as well as sparkly.

Barbara - well done on winning a die from CraftWorld, you had better luck than me.
Myra from Florida - great news that Emily and family have now headed back home. Continuing prayers for a full recovery.
June H - hope the stiches come out painlessly but even if there are a few 'ouches' you know you will feel so much better afterwards.

Hello Sue,
A lovely deceptively simple card! I did buy the Star and it is beautiful! I could use today's idea with your previous snowflakes . I just need time to get on with making them! There have been lots of birthdays etc lately and please don't tell anyone but I made a card for a friend who will be 70 on Monday, only instead of a seven I stuck a five!! How clever is that! I noticed it almost straight away and fixed it!
Looking forward to seeing you back on our screens again this weekend! Or in my case my iPad!! My husband has decided he feels sorry about this and is thinking about upgrading the TV. We have Virgin Media though so it may not help but I have been reading about various things that can be done! So we shall see!
