Metallic Overlays Jingle Bells

Hello bloggers!  A single beautiful sentiment die can really make a statement card.  I'll show you how to overlay the bells in a metallic gilding wax to change up the die and add that extra bit of bling to your festive cards.

The finished dimensions are 8 1/4" x  8 1/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

Hi sue and crafters.
Just beautiful sue. I quite like that lined folder I'll need to get it when time allows.

I'm not even hinny bother with the show in Glasgow again haven't got a few years now either as it's getting smaller every time.
The past few years I've just bought myself something with the money I would've spent on train fare ,coffee, ticket for show anthem the lunch whilst there so far I'm nearly at £20 that could be two of sues lovely dies without leaving the house! Lol

Melody. I've been thinking of u and ur family and how ur coping with this extremely difficult time. I can't imagine really but i really feel for u both and the decision ur going to have to make
My thoughts are with u love xxx

Hi Sue, really pretty card, it was seeing this card that made me buy the die a while back. Take Care Melody xxxXxxx

Thank you Pam an everyone for the lovely kind thoughts, I don't really know what to say myself because I don't know what I would do myself. On Tuesday if the main surgeon says yes then Francis as to tell him yes or no, I know he wants to go ahead but he feels they don't really want to do it so why should he go ahead, he is very quite right now he is trying to take it all in as are the rest of us. Thank you again. xXx

Hi Sue. Another beautiful card. I go to the scored lines e/b folder nearly all the time and i have to tell myself off as i have loads of folders which are just as lovely. The jingle bells die is a great one to make cards for the younger people in our lives as it looks such fun for them and then you can keep changing the colours of the hats to match your cards but the way you have used the guilding wax on this one gives it that extra bling. Another great video today and looking forward to christmas double day tomorrow.
Take care everyone.
Best Wishes.

Hi Sue

Lovely card, I do love the EF, so versitile and I feel the sentiment die, especially with the blinged up bells, doesn't need a whole lot more. Great for batch making I'd imagine.

Melody, I'm so sorry Francis' "numbers" weren't higher. Feeling like someone doesn't want to help you is horrible and I can't compare my situation to his but I know how demoralising it is to feel/ know that a consultant won't do a certain test or treatment just because you don't exactly fill the criteria. it's the last thing Francis needs to feel like. Please remember he can get 2nd, 3rd or 4th opinions if he'd like them. He can choose to go to any hospital too be it your local or a specialist regional cancer centre, in any region! Sadly I have learned if you want the best chance at the best life you can have you have to fight them as well as what you've got. Sending love, hugs, stregnth & hope to all the family xxx

Yvonne, hope you're resting up if you're fatigued. Hugs xxx

I've felt a bit less shattered. I've been taking vitamin B12 and it seems to have helped. I'm going to tell the Dr tomorrow as it may help someone else I feel a bit more with it, asleep/ awake/ asleep / awake rather than just effed. Problem is though I feel up to doing a little more - something more physical or sorting paperwork then that wear me out as I'm not ysed to it, no stamina lol. Fell asleep earlier this evening then be awake/ asleep ever since. Starting to drop off now so I'll close it here. Taken over 1.5 hrs to blog cos I keep dozing off!

Will be back soon, hugs to each and evry one of you, lots extra for those who need or want them. Take care, im off to bed
