Stained Glass Collection

Hi crafters!  The third and final Stained Glass design is the Bonsai.  Shown here done in and alcohol ink background, the bonsai design has a decidedly more masculine feel to it and for good reason.  I am always asked for dies for our guy cards so I decided to add a design that could easily be used for a variety of occasions and could easily be done to give to the most discerning male as well.  Hopefully you can see how easily these designed will be able to lend themselves to different techniques and products.  Imagine pixie powders or gilding polishes, micro beads or mica powders, they will all look fabulous as stained glass backgrounds.  Leave a comment if you would like to be entered into the drawing for this one.  The final post for today is at 6pm.  All for now, Sue x

Oh my, what a beautiful card and die. It is great to have dies to make masculine cards. I have lots of men in my life. And cards for them are always a challenge for this lady who likes to make cards with loads of flowers on them. One of my sons do the Asian theme in his home, so this would be perfect for a card for him. I just have to decide what technique to use with the die. Ofcourse, other men in my life may see this one in their mail box, too.

All three of the stained glass dies are wonderful. I am trying to choose my favorite but i am stuck between the Bonzai and the hummingbird. Great card. Pinned as usual.

Hi Sue

This is a lovely card, it reminds me of Oriental cards, I think it may be the colouring of the stained glass.

I would certainly send this to a male friend.
