"Seams" Like Fun

Hi bloggers!  Yes, it's a bit of a corny title, but today's video is all about cutting your dies, rearranging them to do what you want them to do and then hiding the seams!  It isn't hard at all to do.

The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x  7 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

Tracey, I am so very sorry to hear the news about your lovely dad. You have had the most terrible time this year but you are a strong lady and you get that from your dad, he must be so worried about you. It is easy for us to say stay strong but you must, for you and him. We will always be here for you and send hugs for you both.
Daily hugs to all, including missing friends.

Morning Sue. What a beautiful collection of dies turned into a beautifully designed card, just what is needed to raise my spirits. After looking after our gorgeous Lottie I picked up her not so gorgeous cold and as I have no immune system I'm feeling the roughest I felt in ages and can't inject my meds to dampen down my Crohns and arthritis due to these bugs, so I'm a complete mess ! It's back to bed for me.
Hope you have a lovely day Sue. Sending my usual hugs this Tuesday xx

G'Day Sue,

I'm really looking forward to checking out the video today as I'm still to chicken to cut my dies up. Maybe watching how easy it is to do it and then have the seams not showing might just persuade me to have a try. After all in the long run it's only card I might mess up isn't it lol. I'll be off to find the video on YouTube rather than click on the link though as I can never get it full page from there and my poor old eyes need a BIG picture :).

What a glorious day down here in Truro. It's so hot I had to come inside to cool down. I really need it to stay this way at least until Friday though as a man came round to tell me that they've had a cancellation and would it be okay for them to come on Thursday and replace all my windows. Seeing as the council promised it would all be finished by March I'm more than happy. Luckily they couldn't get a reply from Julia two bungalows down (she's bed-ridden and the carers weren't there) and he tried Pete next door but he's at work. So it was third time lucky for me :). The weather says there's a 30% chance of rain on Thursday but with any luck it will be later in the day. The men will start around 8:30 and they are usually finished early in the afternoon.
Right now I've got a freshly showered dog sleeping beside me and smelling beautiful - after finding something noxious to roll in when out for her walk lol. Boy, did she smell toxic when I got her home. I think she was christening her lovely new collar as I had to give that a scrub as well as her :)

Tracy: Sending you love and hugs and a nice gentle hug for your dad. I lost both my folks 6 months apart from each other (mum actually during the night of Mothering Sunday). I think that although it was a shock both times, in a way it wasn't as hard to bear as it was quick and unexpected both times. You are a very strong lad, Tracy and I hope that, in a small way, your Wilsonette friends will be able to help you in the months to come xx

Hugs to everyone else in Wilson land and I hope that you're all having a glorious day.

Bejay xx

Good evening Sue and the Wilsonettes,
This is a gorgeous card Sue, everything about it now i can make a start as i have the bed of roses ef and the peony flower dies so its a start in the right direction. I do think that the lauren die is so pretty and is on the next get list for me. I love the colours that you have used today Sue as they blend to make such beautiful combination, each enhancing the last. THank you Sue for such a wonderful piece of inspiration.
Tracy flower, you just try and look after yourself as well as you are no use to you or your beloved dad wasted away to a shadow and he needs you to hold up for when he can't. He needs you to be strong and battle for him at the moment but i am still sending you my prayers, thoughts and hugs flower, just to let you know that someone cares. Please give your dad the hugs that i can't give mine for me please and if you look in flower there is an awful lot of lovely Wilsonettes thinking of you both.
Nanna Tina, oh you are up matching our lovely Tracy in the worry stakes flower and i wish there was some magic that we could wave to let everything be ok but there's not so we just need to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Your Mum is a brave lady Tina so that is where you get your bravery from, because it's hard to decide that you are not going for the treatment that can perhaps lengthen her time here on earth for another few weeks/months. Try and enjoy every minute you can in the time you have left with her and see if i send my daughter down in an old fashioned nurses outfit, would it help keep Micks bp from dropping and cheer him up a bit? She is an actual nurse so it would just mean her changing her uniform to something that they used to wear and i think some of the hospitals down south still do? Sending hugs your way as well flower for both you and Mick and you lovely Mum.
Wheely it's nice to here that you down have the migraine at least, as it's one less pain to be in and they are awful. Now Mr Wheely felt wanted and needed over the weekend with you putting him to good use, but i'm sorry that you are feeling the after effects though. If i stand too long i'm in agony and if i sit too long its the same so it's a never ending battle of wills with me and it sounds like it's the same for you. Sending hugs down your way flower to keep your chin up and hey although it took 4 days of stop start, you've done it flower and something that you hadn't done the days before it so you just think on what you've achieved. You might not be able to do much but every little bit is some that you hadn't done before so you are getting the 2 steps forward and only the one step back which is great news.
Sending hugs to all the Wilsonettes and honary ones as well that need, could do with or just want, they are on their way to you
love and crafty hugs
Norah (glenochil village)

A somewhat delayed comment as my friend's internet in the wilds of Cornwall kept disappearing and I have had to do the three hundred mile journey home to comment!!

A lovely card. Like many I am a a bit chicken when it comes to cutting up die cuts. Then I tell myself that is what copy paper paper is for - to practice. But do I listen to myself? Nah, of course I don't and it is my loss as I could be doing things like this.. Will I ever learn? Good question. But you do make it look so straightforward and the end product is so good that really, I have no excuse.

Thanks for 'trying' to pursuade me that I should follow your lead!!!!!
