Well ladies had a smashing time at loch long. Did lots of walking and my legs are aching. Scenery was amazing who needs to go abroad when u have this on ur doorstep! Lol.
I thought it was near Pitlochry but it's not lol it's actually closer to Loch Lomond. What a numpty hee hee weather was fab too. Internet signal there was practically non existent so I gave up lol
Dad still not great but hopefully on Thursday we might have a better idea after the hospital appt.

Nana Tina. I hope everything gets a little better for u both soon

Dawn. Hope ur back gets sorted. Been there many a time but I keep refusing the operation. I just keep popping the pills. Lol

Good morning lovely Sue and the merry band of Wilsonettes,
This is gorgeous Sue and just for a change i guessed and got it right with the die used, although i'll not get too carried away as i will probably be down at the bottom of the class againg tomorrow, hee hee hee. The french navy is a lovely colour and looks really nice against the white. I haven't got the Austrailian collection yet but i'm working on it as i do like it's back ground die and it's various districts dies.
Tracy flower, i am so glad that you had such a lovely time at Loch Long and as you say it is so beautiful there, peaceful and so many beautiful sights to see. I hope it did you some good flower even with the sore legs from exploring. I hope that your dad and family get some answers soon to his problems, as i think you are better able to cope when you know what is wrong and if it can be fixed. I'm sending some hugs to you flower for you and your beloved dad. x
June, glad to see that you are seeing a difference in your leg wound, so here's hoping that the nurse sees it clearing up as well.
Nanna Tina, poor Mick certainly has more on his plate than others but i do hope that they can get his pain relief sorted out so that he can do his exercises at physio without the pain. If it's a lovely day Tina, it's a beautiful time to get Mick out and about seeing all that nature has to offer, just make sure they give you a wheelchair with it's tyres pumped up as pushing a chair that's tyres are down, so will you be within a very short while. Sending love and hugs to you and your lovely Mick and i hope that you both can enjoy a pleasant time out of the stuffiness of the wards or rooms. x
We had a dry day here at Glenochil today but it's decided that it isn't going to smile on us, it's going to stay in it's grumpy mood so i will just have some fun indoors. I have a card to make for one of my lovely new friends that i met down at Carlisle, as she is going to be another year with the vat going up on the number 21. So i will leave you all with hugs to all the Wilsonettes, honary or full members that need, could do with or just would like one, they are there for the taking.
Love and crafty hugs

Good evening lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

Another corker for video day I see...I haven't had a chance to watch you work your magic so apologies if I display any more than my usual ignorance whilst I dribble over the astounding results:-) It feels rather masculine to me but that could simply be the bold colour choice, navy is so very chic don't you think? Or it could be the absence of embellishments or glitter, anyhow, I wouldn't think twice about giving it to even the most hard to please, grumpiest of men! I'm intrigued by the'striplet' in the centre, so it will be interesting to see how you achieved it....are there no ends to your brilliance and creative flair? I love the finished result, and I am pleased to say that as of tomorrow when I recieve my own Australian background die....as well as the Melbourne and one of the Adornments.....I will be able to recreate this little gem:-)
Well ladies, had a busy old day getting my eyes tested....only to be told that without my glasses I would be registered blind!....I don't know why I bother, I should wear them all of the time because I'm like Mr Magoo but I'm too vain and only wear them when absolutely necessary...I guess my mum was right about the lines around my eyes from squinting all the time though. I also went and bought myself a 60" tv, sound bar and blu ray player for my bedroom...an early birthday gift to myself because I'm tired of squinting at my current model:-)
Yes, it's my birthday again tomorrow and my mum bought me a bath bomb from Lush to have a luxurious sparkly soak in the morning, well at least I'll have the skin of a newborn even if I have the face and body of a pensioner:-) 24 plus VAT SEEMED ANCIENT TO ME IN MY TEENS AND TWENTIES BUT IT CREEPS UPON YOU SO QUICKLY
Annie P, congrats on your wedding anniversary , 32 years is impressive and I hope hubby treats you like a princess. Have a nice dayxxx
June, hope you got some good news at the clinic and your infection has abatedxxx
Frances, it clearly looks like you have been chosen as adoptive mummy, I'm sure that there is part of you that is secretly pleased to be the lucky one:-) what does he/ she look like and what are you going to name your new family member?
Nana Tina, a stroll outside sounds like a wonderful idea, I know that it really perked me up to get off the ward for even a little while when I was in hospital for extended periods. Glad Mick is able to eat a little too, keeping his strength up is important. Best wishes to you bothxxxx
Tracy, it sounds like you had a fabulous time and how well deserved! That area of our beautiful country is stunning, I'm just a teeny bit jealous if truth be known:-)
Hearty hugs to Yvonne, Beth Rebecca, Jan, P,Pat, Pam, Linda, Lynda, Wheely Bad, Lorraine F, Maria, Theresa and anyone else in need of a gentle squeezexxxx
