Finishing Touches

Hello all!  The final post of the five days of the new die blog launch!  It is always sort of sad to see it come as I really enjoy reading all of your comments!  I do want to say that I have been listening to what you say and this set is for those of you that have asked for the open petal and the complete petal to be put in the same set.  Here you go!  The new Sweetheart Flowers have both dies in the same set and there are three sizes to use.  Shown here in their simplest form, you can see that they make a pretty flower, but did you happen to notice the flower on the last post?  That too was made with this set of dies!  There are other ways in which to use these as well so they are very versatile as well as affordable!  For a final time this launch, I ask you to leave a comment to be entered into the drawing.  I will post the winners of the die drawings on Monday afternoon.  I hope you have enjoyed this launch, I know I have!  All for now, Sue x

Some beauties, of which I'm sure we'll see more of in the coming weeks. You've excelled yourself again Sue, well done xxx hugs to you and mom from Billy and I xxx

Helen Bell, happy birthday, hope you had a lovely day, hugs x

It's been very blowy here but thinking of all those in the north and Scotland. Stay in the warm if you can and craft, hope with everything crossed that there's no damage x

Lynda, big hugs from Billy and I xxx

Theresa W and Pat L, thank you for your kind wishes, sending a big hug to you both yes, it's my birthday and I have been spoilt, craft tokens to spend (yippee!), been spoilt rotton by Mr W with a 3 course meal cooked by him, an unexpected, very thoughtful extra gift ( some Lush-ious smellies, he's also funding one of my crafty habits), I had texts, emails and visitors. Seeing my family over the next 8 days due to work commitments etc so I get to stretch this one out till the week after next when I see my girlfriends. The last time I had a three week birthday I couldn't remember most of it (and it was the last century lmao).

I must go and put a can of sugar free pop on ice! My meal will soon be ready.

Wishing you all a safe and warm evening, have a lovely weekend whatever you are doing, sending hugs and a virtual slice of birthday cake to everyone. Extra hugs if you need them, I got plenty,

I totally agree about putting the outline and the solid image dies in one set....whether flowers, leaves, letters, numbers, etc. So convenient in many ways...storage, versatility, etc., not to mention usually more affordable.

The heart shaped petals are really pretty. And, those leaves are wonderfully pretty...already emailed my state-side e-retailer asking about your new release....hope they will stock the new release real soon...

Thanks for such a fun week...you knocked it out of the park once again!!! Standing "O" for you. You truly are amazing and such a sweet soul.

But no worries. Thanks for some lovely cards and for tempting me.

Good evening Sue,
Well what a launch you have had this week with so many different collections and additions to long standing collections. This sweetheart set will be a great set with having both sets of components in it making it more affordable and with cutting down on the number of different sizes will mean a more organised approach to our flowers. THank you Sue for all the beautiful works of art that you have brought to our eyes this week as it's great being able to see a few cards in the day but i know not sustainable as it takes a lot of time and effort but i very much appreciate the effort you do go into for die week flower. Now you can have a night off and celebrate a very successful launch as its bound to be a bit nerve wracking leading up to worrying whether they will be as well received as you would like so i hope that with all the comments that you have had assures you that it was worth it.

I really love these and putting the two in one set makes a lot of sense. I have loved seeing all your new dies and whilst it's very difficult to choose a favourite I think it has to be the leafy background from earlier today.

Great to have the closed and open in one set, Sue, making this a really affordable option.
It's been another wonderful week of temptation and inspiration, not to mention your generosity. Thank you so much. This week has disappeared in a flash! Or is it just an age thing lol?
Hugs to all.

Hi Sue - what a wonderful card to finish with and what a great idea to combine both types of petal into one set. You have worked wonders as usual in designing all these dies and showing us such spectacular cards. There are so many I want, but the one at the top of my list has to be the New Zealand Noble Border die - I fell in love with this when I saw your first sample and loved it all the more when I saw it in black. It's been a great week, have a well deserved restful weekend. Best wishes

Good evening again lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

What a wonderful way to complete this amazing launch, a new flower in the shape of little hearts, ingenious. Great idea to incorporate the open and full petals into one set, it means we have extra pennies to buy another die:-) I particularly loved the flower on the previous post, it shows the versatility of your dies to perfection. The zigzag die works fabulously as a background, just another way of using this stunning die, it's a real must have.
Congrats Sue on a triumphant launch, you never disappoint, in fact you always manage to give us the wow factor....where do you get all your inspiration from because the diversity of your dies is so impressive? I am so glad that you have enjoyed the past few days as much as we have, sad that it must come to an end but it means that we appreciate these moments all the more.....plus even you need to put your feet up once in a while:-) I look forward to seeing all your samples over the coming months, the best part of a launch by far because nothing compares to seeing your interpretation of the dies in action.
Wheely Bad, happy birthday honey, glad you were treated to a memorable day, why not drag it out as long as you can:-) I'm partial to a Lush goody bag too, enjoy pampering yourselfxxxx
Helen B, many happy returns to you alsoxxx
Chris Curry, thinking of you after your operation, wishing you a speedy recoveryxxxx
Feeling a bit jaded tonight so I'll love you and leave you for now, cuddles to all my bestest blog buddies, good luck with the draw girls and hoping you all have a lovely weekend, especially those of you that are under the weatherxxxx

Love and crafty hugs,
