Hi bloggers! I decided on a white embossed background for this one and went in to my pixie powder stash for the forefront. I used
Purple Violet, Plum Twist and Midnight blue Pixie Powders. I used my pixied background to cut the
Cecelia die as a focal element and the Love Ya letters from the
Carousel Alphabet. I stamped the
Carousel Horse out of black ink and used
Distress Markers to colour it in (Shaded Lilac and Seedless Preserves). I added the horse to the centre of the
Cecelia die with foam cut thinly and mounted behind the pole. I cut black shadows for each of the letters and offset them behind them, then glued the letters vertically on either side of the horse, skewing towards opposite corners. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now. Sue x

A vibrant lovely piece of inspiration today, those pixie powders really hit the spot it's a fact that the using the same colour palette will always give a different end result, that's what I call value for money, just like your dies, one die, many many different designs from around the globe.

Lovely card. For some reason this took me back to my childhood. I think it’s the colours as well as I remember having a purple phase, where that’s all I liked. I was only about 7 though.
