Congratulations

Hello crafters!  I cut the Square Aperture out of a piece of Groovy Grape Pixie Sparkled card.  I aligned the inside scalloped dies through the square aperture die cut and taped them in place.  Then I removed the original die cut and ran the scalloped inside apertures through the die cutting machine.  Before putting the two pieces together, I used another piece of white card and taped the purple aperture piece to it then glued the fallaway pieces onto the white card behind it, then removed the original die and glued the white inner aperture die cut to it.  Then I glued it so that the fall away pieces showed through behind it (hope that makes sense!)  I cut flowers in white from the Dandelion Posies, Delightful Daisies, Tranquil Poppy and the Elegant Arrangements and glued them into each of the four apertures.  I cut a white frame using the Double Stitched Squares and added it with mounting foam.  Using a small piece of leftover Pixie Sparkled card, I cut the Congratulations sentiment and glued it to the lower part of the frame.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  7 1/4" in size.  All for now. Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, yes Sue it makes sense although I had to read it a couple of times to get it, would be lovely to see a demo of this one, perhaps you or Jamie could do one, which I am sure would help. the colours you have used for the pixie background are perfect with the white complimenting it.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Those flowers fit the frame beautifully, but the colour is not for me - it was the colour of my school uniform, however with a different colour it would be very pretty. Thank you Sue.

Hello Sue, a very pretty card. I have also read your instructions a few times, I believe Jamie will be on the television tomorrow with your new square collection and I am hoping that he will run through these so that it makes more sense.

Hi Sue, a really lovely card and Groovy Grape is a gorgeous colour. Love the mix of flowers. I think I would actually need to have the dies in front of me to follow your instructions step by step and then I am am sure it would all become clear :-).

Hi Sue. I think I understand the instructions, but it is one of those that I think I would have to try to make and read the instructions at the same time! Not sure if I would put flowers in every aperture though, the card is a bit too busy for me.
