Hello crafters! Here is a close up look at the card that I demoed on C & C the last time I was on via Zoom. I started by cutting the Delilah Background die out of Blue Dusk card. I left a wide margin around it and used one of the Delilah Edgers to add a bit more to the sides to make it more of a square shape than the rectangular shape of the background. I added black shaped edgers behind the centre section made by using the Delilah Edger set. I added the background to a piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet added to it. I used Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz to fill in the exposed adhesive areas. I used the edger set a few more times and added white borders with black shadows to the top of the card on either side of the centre section. I used the plain border and cut four of them, then glued them to each other to form a square frame. I used an old graph top to make sure they were even once glued, then added them with foam to the top of the background. I used the decorative borders from the Delilah Edger set on a wide piece of white card and added a nice decoration to the top and bottom edge. I added it across the card with a small bow to it, then glued my sentiment to it. I cut the There's Only One Like You out of Blue dusk and black and shadowed it then glued it to the strip of card. I stamped and cut out the Jasmine die and made two flowers and added them to the side of the sentiment strip with some Magnolia Corner pieces cut in white. The card was completed with white, blue dusk and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 7" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. I watched you put this inspiration together with mouth wide open lol. The intricate design looks like it took hours and hours and I know you had it all prepared before your demo but something as beautiful and detailed as this isn't a 10 minute quickie. A stunning piece of art work suitable for an extra special occasion, ooooh for that I see this in black and gold, anyway first quietish night last night so no sitting in a motorway car park for 3 hours and a little fur baby slightly more relaxed for the first time in 4 days. Sending love to all and STAY SAFE AND STAY HEALTHY xxx 💕
