April 2017 Die Release Blog Launch

Hello there my crafty friends!  Here we are at the start of the April die release blog launch!  We have a full week of previews for you, with four posts per day so plenty of chances to win a set of the latest dies as well!  Leave a comment on any of the posts that you would like to be entered into the drawings to win.  Please, however, I ask that you make your name stand out a bit from anyone else's by adding a city name (Jan K in London) or numbers to it (ie. Sandy P.123), or just a funny alias (furrycat lover in Manchester).  I only have one set of each of the dies to giveaway and that will just eliminate the issue of having more than one person claim the winning die.  I will do the drawings and announce the winners on April 27th.
We are starting out by showcasing the new Stained Glass Collection.  Shown here, the Hummingbird Stained Glass is a lovely design that will lend itself to so many techniques.  Leave me a comment and let me know what you think.  The next post is scheduled for 12 noon today.  Hope to see you back here then.  All for now, Sue x

Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, gosh Sue you don't do things by half do you, what a fantastic way to start the new blog launch of your April release, this is truly amazing, how different this would look using so many mediums to colour and decorate it. I saw an example using this die at AP and it blew me away, I will not spoil it for the person who made it, suffice to say that I was mesmerized.

I know this launch is going to be a great success and I wish everyone who comments on them good luck, hopefully we will get your numbers up to 1st place again.

Pam I reiterate everything you have said and hope you are feel a bit better yourself.

Good morning Sue,
I have been counting the days to the release of your new dies since I got a sneak peak a few days ago. I was especially eager to see what you would do with these beautiful "stained glass" dies. Even just on their own without embellishment they are lovely, but colored as your sample above they are simply stunning. I especially love this hummingbird die as hummingbirds were a favorite of my mother-in-law (she passed away in December at 93 yrs old).
Can't wait to see the rest of the release. What a great start!

Good morning lovely SUE and her CRAFTY CREW!

What an appropriate start to your Spring blog launch, the stained glass dies are my absolute favourites out of the new collection and there is some stiff competition believe me!
This sample is beautiful in its simplicity with the soft colours accentuating the gorgeous hummingbird....did you colour vellum with alcohol pens to achieve this pastel effect to the colouring? Can't wait for it to have its day on the blog to shine in its own right.
I am so super excited by this launch, there are some fabulous dies to come and i cannot wait....I'm ashamed to admit that I slept like a baby last night and most certainly wasn't up at 7am to peruse the blog. This however, doesn't mean that I don't share Yvonne's exhuberance, but simply put i am not a morning person and there is nothing short of a visit to see you at Ally Pally that will get me out of bed before 9am:-)
Congrats on a tremendous start to your new launch Sue, I love you:-)

Sue, a year ago I didn't even know about Creative Expressions and your dies. Then I was on two different design teams where the stores sold your dies and I have come to absolutely love your style of dies. Even though I'm not on these DT's anymore, I am still using your dies every day as my style of card making has changed to fit the style of your dies. My cards are a lot less intricate and more CAS than your's but your dies still look lovely on a CAS card.
I would give this die a new home and give it the attention it deserves. Thank you for the opportunity to win this beautiful creation of your's.
