This is really an exquisite card, Sue, loved it when it was first shown - so delicate and perfect in every way!! Still don't quite understand the two-colour on the weaving, think you glued two pieces together on one section before starting to weave. Thanks for the video, will need more than one viewing - fascinated by the change of flowers in the background, quite took my mind off the engineering process!!
Well done to the blog candy winners guess they'll all be thrilled, especially Cheryl.

GM Sue. Hope you are feeling much better now and congrats to the candy winners! I have a confession to make. I did buy these dies but haven't used them yet as not quite sure how to use them. But the video has sorted that one! Thank you. So effective with one piece on top of the other. I have weaved with handcut strips before but don't think they were all of equal size so not pleased with it really. But these dies solve that and some! Can't wait to play with them now!

Congratulations also to Jan Pagett & Joanna Dickson for winning too. Will be waiting with anticipation for post to arrive.
Thank you so much Sue for being such a generous, kind-hearted lady. That is why you are our number 1 Blogger, you not only give us your time with the blog but also you are very willing to share with us your tips, techniques and your expertise.
Your card today and the accompanying video are spectacular, I saw these dies on your launch of your new collection and couldn't fathom out how they worked, but your video is a lesson others could take a big hint from. So easily explained and demonstrated that even beginners could pick up straight away and create their own.
I hope you are feeling much better in yourself and this bug is finally leaving you. Warm ((((hugs)))) coming your way.
Sam, my dear lady, sorry you still not well, sending you warm fuzzy ((((hugs)))) too.

Good afternoon Sue and Wilsonettes,
This is a pretty card Sue and shows off your pretty weaving dies to their full potential. I like the pink tops to the white bottom weaving. The beautiful camellia tinted with the pink looks so pretty on the top of the card with the hat pins matching in so prettily and this card would be the one good reason that i would buy these dies as this comes out so lovely and makes such a different card. HERE i go again but i think this would make a beautiful baby card as babies baskets are wickered and with a wee bit lace and down in the appropriate colour would look lovely as a baby boy or girl card. The white tulle could be the canopy that goes across the top to make it looks sweet and innocent just like us. It also reminds me of little wicker chairs that we had when i was wee that mum made for us, they lasted for years. Thank you Sue for showing us this beautiful inspiration.
Janet, did you and Jim get across ok to your French retreat? You will be glad you are on that side of the sea and not on this as we are having a day of beautiful sunshine, darkness, hailstones, snow, wind and rain. Which season would you particularily like as we have had all 4 in the one day.
Awh Lynne, just like it, to keep you awake while the rest get sleeping in the land of nod. I hope that you can catch up today flower if your little "princesses" will keep themselves amused while you do so and come back to everything as it was before the sleep.....that is the big question.
Sam, take each day as it comes flower and i hope that with each passing day you gather your strength back again. Sending you big hugs just to wrap around you and hopefully speed up the getting well process.
Well Kirstens just away after coming in for the past few hours, i think it is just for the internet as that is all she seems to do when she comes. She's getting her knickers in a right twist about baby monitors and which one to go for. As i turned around and told her i don't know how she ever got to the age she is and me being a bad mother and not having such a thing when her or her brother were born, him 7 years later. I tried to tell her that she can become paranoid even with the best baby monitor on the market because as new parents you start to worry if the monitor is on the blink and just check any way, just in case, so to me it wouldn't matter whether it was the cheapest or the dearest on the market, nothing is going to completely put you at ease at not checking on them regularily or have i forgotten what it was like as she says. Answers on a postcard please to Glenochil.
I shall go and leave you to get Rory ready for his carer coming and get the dinner started so i will leave my hugs of all shapes, sizes, strengths and for all occasions here for all my Angels both on blog and not at the moment,
Love and crafty hugs
Norah (Glenochil)

Good evening Sue,
Gorgeous card, love everything about it. Great video too.
Hope you are feeling a bit better now.

Cheryl, congratulations, I am over the moon for you, hang on tightly to that cloud 9 you are currently riding on because it's very windy out there.

Love and hugs

Such a pretty card Sue, the piercing on the strips and two-tone lifts it from the normal weaving technique. Congrats to all the winners. Anne x

Gorgeous card. I don't have the weaving strip dies but it was fascinating watching you use them in the video.
Have just bought your lovely teardrop beads in pink and some pearls and made my first stick pins. Not up to your standard but they are still pretty and it was fun.
Sam, hope you are soon feeling much better.
Take care everyone.
