Thanks For Being There

Hi crafters!  How about a Gemini die channel card for today.  I have chosen a raspberry card (from my stash) and stamped my sentiment (from Bold Sentiments by Creative Exp.)with a clear Perfect Medium pad.  I heat embossed it with True White detail embossing powder.  Next I cut four of the Ursa Gemini die in white using the decorative insert and one cutting edge.  I cut four matching pieces of raspberry backing pieces using just the one cutting edge (and cutting the back edge on the other side in my paper cutter).  I glued all the decorative pieces together with the backing pieces.  Next, I stacked three of them up so they were each peeking out from under the next and taped them together, added some mounting foam and attached them to the top of may card above my sentiment.  I added foam too the last one, turned it to face the top and attached it below my sentiment, creating a channel where the sentiment was stamped.  Next I cut several of the Complete petal Camellia in coconut white card and made a pretty flower, tipping the edges lightly with Picked Raspberry distress ink.  I coated it in Cosmic Shimmer dries clear glue and sugared it with Iced Snow for a bit of bling.  I seated the flower to the side of the sentiment in the channel with some white tulle, Mosaic leaves and a Splendid Swirl spray behind.  I finished the card with my usual white pierced layer, then a thin raspberry mat and a wider white mat layer.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 7 3/4" in size.  Hope you like it!  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue,
I love the Gemini dies because of their versatility.
Thank you for a great weekend of super demos. Please could you do a tutorial on the kinetic card you made in the last show?

Just watched the last Sunday show. How lovely to hear the names of Mrs. B and Deb from the I.O.W. drawn. I'm envious.

Again something really different with this range of dies and also love the Camellia die. Wonder what the next die release will bring us...bankruptcy probably!! :) I still haven't got all the dies I want from past releases.
