Finishing Touches Corners

Hello there crafters!  This blog post is dedicated to the new asymmetrical corner sets within my Finishing touches range.  We do have corners in some of our other sets, but these are a bit different.  On first look they appear to be asymmetrical, but upon closer inspection, they are both symmetrical and asymmetrical, which allows you so many more options for using them.  There are two sets: the Ornamental Corner set (shown here) and the Charming Hearts corner set (shown below).  If you just nip off one bit on the longer side on either set, the corners become perfectly symmetrical. Can you see it?  There is a left and right facing corner for when you want to use them as I have done here in this sample.  Loads of uses for these!  If you would like to be included in this drawing, just leave me a comment.  The very last blg post of the die launch will be up at 4pm today so I hope you can join me back here then.  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue,

i have seen these corners on cards earlier in this die release and fell in love with the hearts corner.

Hi Sue

Really clever idea, I can spot exactly where to snip too (a miracle for me!). I love corners too, many uses. These are very nice, I don't usually do hearts but these are not so over the top with hearts, it's a nice shape, a pretty swirl with hearts rather than hearts with a swirl (sorry if that makes no sense). The other is lovely, would work on a card for pretty much anyone. Hope you still get a treat after all these shows even with your husband still in the US. You deserve it!

I have missed most of the shows but they're on the box so soon as Mr W goes to bed I can watch. Hope to see more live tomorrow as long as the shows are on as so much has sold. Kept hands in pocket so far as you dropped some hints about what is on in a couple of weeks (is that with you?) and decided that those were higher up my list of priorities! Not sure I will be able to resist the card stock though ;-)

It's been a full day with a lovely visit from #1 bestie, her hubby and their dog. Billy is tired from having a playmate and I'm ready to relax in my jammies in front of the TV with a tired dog snuggled between Mr W and I. Hopefully an early night and I will see the first show tomorrow live!

Hugs to all my Wilsonette friends, especially those who are having a hard time with illness, injury or any sort of pain. See you tomorrow xxx

Hi Sue.
What a stunning card, it is so delicate, I love it. It is always so difficult to pick one card over your others but I think this may be the one : ) Once again, you have thought about getting the most out of each die, and just by a few snips we have a different look....fabulous. Take care x
