Diagonals

Hi bloggers!  Welcome to day three of the die blog launch.  I hope you are enjoying seeing all the new designs!  Do you have a favourite yet?  We are starting out with a new idea that I had; Diagonally designed borders.  I love a diagonal cut on my cards (as you probably know), but found that somethings just didn't work well that way.  I have designed three, two that go one way and the last one which goes the opposite direction so there is a bit of versatility to them too.  There is also a place I have worked into the design to make a vertical cut if you would like to use them in smaller card projects too (I hate having to cut through a design!)  These come with an extra thin border that does not have a cutting edge so you can make them as wide as needed (if you lie to add mounting foam like I do, this is a must!)  I have used the Lavish Swirls here with it's border in this sample, but there is also the Love Hearts Diagonal and the Labyrinth Diagonal die sets (shown below).  Leave me a comment if you would like to be included in the drawing to win one of these sets.  Please join me back at 12 noon for the next blog post.  All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue

Love the idea of diagonal striplet dies. I like the Lavish Swirls, but am not entirely sold on the other two (at the moment). The fact that they can be cut to use on smaller cards is also appealing.

Hi Sue

Very late to the party today, Busy day, had tea, fell asleep!

These woke me right up, they are stunning! Only a few dies work diagonally so they are a real 'gap in the market'. I really agree with another poster (sorry, forgotten who!) That you have truly innovated certain styles of die. You ask about a favourite... "A" favourite- don't make me laugh!!! 3 absolutely as soon as possible's and I need to see some more to put them in order of which I would like first, mind you, I still have some I'd like to catch up on! The sample is stunning and looks 'special'- anyone would be thrilled to receive a card made this way.

Must see more before I go back to sleep

Hugs,
